Bought a couple of wee tranches here. Seems undervalued to me on a forward looking basis. Doubt it’ll be anything like a straight line recovery, but anticipate a good move north over the next few weeks and months.

To be fair, it would be a short term hold, seeing as I have other stuff on the horizon, but my conviction on this is high enough to stomach the short term twitches.
I'll see how things go today and I'll put a cheeky offer out there and see if it gets a bite. There's enough sheeple-moths selling at the moment, so I can only see.

I agree, despite my mentioning it and starting the post, but a 5% drop is what I was referring to, which, for me is a top slice opportunity to get in. And yes, when there is more bought than sold, you ought not see such a drop, but I'll take little gains as I see them and try to make the most of it. Selling before the news is kinda moth-like, hence my post.

Well this is awesome. Dropping before news; not really big volumes being traded, so no leaks, meaning it’s just sheeple-moths getting bored and seeing grass greener elsewhere. Thank you for the top-up opportunity! Bought another slice, so very happy with that. If it drops to 2.5, I’ll buy another million, without doubt. This is either going to make me popular at home, or a pariah....

These are very encouraging results. I’m certainly pleased to have built a bigger holding here. Long way to go yet, but truly exceptional progress and results thus far.

I am inclined to agree with your assumption about CM. He knows what’s there; he’s a Geo with some pretty extensive experience and he’s a geek with it, but not overly so. He’s also incredibly approachable and professional.

I’m guessing they’ll be a thrash of warrant conversions this coming two weeks up to 30th, but the assays will keep our heads above water.....fingers crossed. RNS tomorrow hopefully on BG.

Evening all,
Had an important, albeit brief, conversation with RG today in respect of LVG and BritNRG. Rolf is incredibly approachable and has a real grasp of the business and how to treat shareholders.
LVG needs to get over the line as soon as possible and they are certainly doing everything to make that happen, so great news there.
Sunswept - reading between the lines.....this is a project of apprenticeship for MNrg, demonstrating their processes and systems to the regulators that they are competent, and washes its face... that’s all. They have a much much bigger target and I’m intrigued. They certainly will be making future acquisitions in this sector and it wouldn’t surprise me if this equity issue will be the last for some time.
Regardless of dilution, it’s a win-win here. Holding for gold definitely.
Will be taking part in the rights issue myself, or at least I’ll be taking a look, because I’ll be increasing my holding here at some point -either the rights issue or an on market trade.
Don’t forget to issue instructions for voting at the GM to your nominees, by the way.

These are the IPO and January Warrants. RR will remind me of the price....
The last warrants are now the CLN warrants which will get accelerated and at company determination when past 4.5p I think....although if results very good, then you may see that in the rear view mirror

It seems clear to me that we have found a stable zone for SP. if I was a warrant holder, wanting to flip for a quick buck, I’d wait till after tomorrow on first assay result, so expecting more as next week progresses. Rise tomorrow

I spoke with LSE about this problem yesterday
They are working on a fix, but the main issue appears to be volume of trades through the platform and the platform can’t cope.....so they shut off the bb to keep the trades going.
Not great, but should soon be fixed

Warrants? Off our back? Well that’s half right. This round of warrants will be gone by 30th, but there’s those attaching to CLN’s as well. Although that all kicks in when we are over 4.5p (from memory). I think it’s only one warrants per two cln share though....someone put me right?

Stay relaxed.
Secondly, this is not a new issue of warrants. These are warrants that were issued in nov 2018 and jan 2020.
They have been accelerated to be vested or expire and the deadline is 30th nov 2020 for them to exercise their conversion.
It’s all detailed in RNS of 27.10.2020, which is when you were last invested, before you had to sell to close out another position.
It’s all in the plan. But Drake assumes correctly in my opinion. FCA has basically said it’s too early to assume that they will all be vested.

The 1p is the nominal value. All of the shares are denominated as 1p shares.
