Leading the kids astray again....trying to get that big one through?
I’ve had some luck this week on some of my orders, but not here sadly, although the sp is holding up solidly under pressure.
Optimism is a curse and a cure, so I’ll try and avoid being so. But we’ve seen north of 3.3p in the last 6 weeks, and now we have some fine newcomers, all of whom have been incredibly polite and are truly welcomed here. Long May it continue. It’s not all on the results, particularly at the first lap. This is at least a mo farah in track terms, so we are really on only under starters orders at the moment. The gun is about to go off, but don’t judge the race by the pacemaker.

Someone held a right to purchase new shares, at a price of 2p. They’ve exercised that right and paid £40k or so to ‘convert’ their right into shares

The RNS’s are reflections of increased share capital and thus a reduction in proportional holdings. They were issued as tr1 earlier in the year, although six months late!

It means that warrants have been exercised. These warrants were exercised at 4pence, yielding £70,000 cash to the bank for BRES. Our share capital is increased accordingly. Those buying were directors and others involved in (I presume) an initial placing. I am unsure as to what other warrants are outstanding, having not bothered to research the details specifically at this time.
It does, however, confirm we are unlikely to see much price sensitive news for the next 30 days at least.

Evening all,
It’s been quiet for a few days here; I’ve still got my order in for one tranche of 500k, but at 2.48....there’s no takers, which bodes well. She’s holding up, despite no news. I’ve not had a reply from CM in relation to the imminence of 50% ownership. I imagine that will come this week, alluring and pressing this acceleration of warrants through. It’s all cash in the bank, after all, and drives us on to 65% if that’s what is decided. Hope so.
DND...stay with it if you have the appetite for the risk, but it’s your decision. Hang in there and keep focussed on the potential prize. That said, again, it’s your decision and I offer no coercion nor advice.
Results will most likely follow the ‘50%’ news, but it would be ‘justice’ to see it following the 30th nov deadline. Skin in the game means a lot, but people like Dan took an early bath on this, so there’s reward to be noticed and delivered, so either way, it’ll come out in the wash.
Looking for some nice grades out of BG and Barns. Nothing double figures, just some nice long metres of Au per tonne.

Well there’s only 6 more trading days to go before all the warrants must be converted, or they expire.
Are we likely to see a bit of news next week and a flurry of conversions after the news arrives? Quite possibly in my opinion, of course. Squeaky bum for some...perhaps?

With you there Dibs, which is why I emailed big C today. I did ask him if, when he said imminent, was he speaking in geological timeframes. Not sure he saw my British humour....he’s a good bloke, so hopefully he saw the joviality of it. Gulp.
