Been here just under a year; got in around the mid 0.40’s-mid 0.50’s with initial investment. Took larger positions when our SSAS invested around august. Have trimmed a bit in the last couple of weeks, on my personal account, but took more in the SSAS to balance it out.
Was considering trying to maintain proportional share holding post LVG issuance, but that would put me so overweight, it wouldn’t sit well with my self-imposed mandate.
Regardless, there’s a lot to be cheerful about here. Lack of news on Oil and Gas is actually reassuring. To my mind it means there’s some pretty intense work going on behind the scenes and will be a potential paradigm shift for the business when news finally comes.
Likewise, the LVG deal will just happen one day. No doubt when the fund raise is complete and it all ties in nicely together.
I’ve had to consider some recovery plays in copper and oil over the past few weeks, but that hasn’t shifted focus away from here, overall.

You make a fair point. Blue is psychological and helps to demonstrate which side of the mid-price it’s leaning. It’s a sign of movement from the last two weeks and an indication of a new trend potentially forming. But time will tell. I see any break from the last two weeks as a step in the right direction, however insignificant.

Not sure who you’re referring to, but I’d be disappointed and offended if you’re referring to me. My post was measured and balanced based on trends noticed without any significant inference of change.

There’s been little activity for a while here; usual impatience initiating the odd sell, but the buying has also remained close to equilibrium.
Looks like there’s news on the near horizon coming in respect of LVG, and buying has ticked up marginally, and some relatively nice sized trades.
Re-rate on the way here when LVG transaction approaches completion. Exciting times for MNRG holders.

I’m not sure 50,000 ozs or even 100,000 ozs is a reasonable expectation; I’d expect significantly more, but I get your point.
The historical grades at Tek are 6.8g/m over 17metres, which is 6 elephants high! That’s 4ozs just from one drill hole alone! Given this significant depth, shallow nature and that it’s open at depth, I would imagine seeing some pretty decent multiples of the figures you’re alluding to.
Cora is quietly just getting on with this. Totally understated and undervalued, but it won’t be like this for ever. I’ll just keep topping up at these levels, as and when I can. It’s a bottom draw share right now, but by end of Q3 2021, the business will be in a completely different game.

There’s nice news around the corner, with a further uplift on warrant cash to come at 8p, so a sensible fund raise....
Naturally, the director purchases will feed back in salaries, but at least they’re funding themselves a bit.

I note Gervaise Heddle has stood down as CEO of GGP. I wish him the best of luck and wonder if he’ll be looking for a new challenge. It’s a wonder we don’t see about expanding our board and dragging him in....he has been excellent for GGP.

No. They’re unconnected. Dilution can cause s/p to fall as can a demand for a share, or lack thereof.
Consolidation is an admin function.
As antharry says, more important stuff going on. And it’s only a theoretical discussion anyway.

I imagine it’s down to cost; whilst it’s a straightforward process, theoretically, administratively its costly at a legal level, and it probably wasn’t/isn’t a priority. The company will mature and head down that route if it wants II money long term.

In effect and outcome, that is pretty much what happens during a consolidation.
It’s effectively a share swap. You give us your 10 back (says the company) and you get given 1 as a replacement.
