Seriously though, when you think the cross-section needs to be big enough to make one’s calf (my calf’s are quite impressive of course - Ironman completer) look puny, you begin to get the idea. Electricity demand is going skyward, albeit cleaner, but the copper, oh the copper (getting poetic now) required to bring it about is sublime.

Bres is main market; not bucket shop. These raises are all in the headroom available. This is perfectly legitimate and normal AND to be expected in a junior exploration and development business. If this is a surprise, to you, then I’d suggest investing in large caps with massive cash balances.
Ripping into junior miners whom have listed in the last year, whom have come to the market to raise funds, smacks of ignorance and a lack of understanding of the type of investment you have chosen. I rarely speak like this, but you seem to have missed a quite salient point of investing in a junior miner.
I’ll sit back and await you to vent at me rather than old blue. He raised a fair point. If you’re prepared to stick your hand in your pocket, then a warrant or two is a polite thank you. You could invest through the broker; there’s nothing stopping you.

You raise a very good point. One which, while everyone thinks electrification of vehicles is boom time for copper because of the cars....well it ain’t! It’s the infrastructure upgrades as we move away from natural gas in our homes too.
Copper in the ground with cross sections of some considerable size, way beyond our current capacity, is required to efficiently carry the current to prevent resistance losses. Cornish has covered this more eloquently previously, so I’ll not labour his point, but the sheer tonnage required to upgrade our network to handle the loads is mind-bogglingly enormous. Oh and that’s just the UK....

Not enough data to build a fresh Jorc update yet. In fact, the Clarke target really needs to fully explored as this appears to be a belter off one drill hole. The geo-phys will be working to model this to then intersect it, allowing a much bigger potential to be exposed. No sense updating the Jorc if you’re only going to contradict it later. Much better to have the fullest picture possible allowing the word Measured to be used rather than Inferred.
Bigger bang for your buck, and that’s CM’s and the BOD process.

Up to 78,629,941 shares in the capital of the Company can be listed and posted for trading on the WSE. The Company has not applied and as at the date hereof does not plan to apply for the admission of a greater number of shares in the capital of the Company for trading on the WSE. However, due to the fact that the shares in the capital of the Company admitted for trading on the WSE will have the same ISIN number as all other Ordinary Shares, and as such will be assimilated in the securities settlement systems as a result of such assimilation, the Ordinary Shares admitted to trading on the WSE will not be distinguishable from the remaining Company's shares. Thus, the total number of the Company's shares which can be traded on the WSE at any given point in time is 78,629,941.

I am not really sure you can INDUCE that it is a spread bet. It is more likely Warrants, which, when coupled to a shareholding and cause the holding to breach notification thresholds, requires a TR-1.

Next warrant acceleration is at 4.5p. Strike price is below this, I think 3p, so as soon as we hit vwap 4.5p, all outstanding warrants relating to the CLN raise of q3 last year then all warrants COULD be converted.....at the discretion of the Co.
Just think it makes more sense to have a full picture.
