Stephen Frank Ronaldson, as of Companies House records now, active 19 (nineteen) companies/organisations (nearly as many as CB) mostly as Secretary. List includes Greatland Gold and we all know who their non-executive Chairman is! Maybe if Ronaldson takes the Secretary role at Kendrick, although he is currently listed as Director, that won't leave a role for Borrelli! We live in hope. Galileo agreed an arrangement ("Arrangement") with BMR to assume the rights to BMR's Mauritian subsidiary, Enviro Mining Limited and its wholly-owned Zambian subsidiaries, which include, amongst other things the title to the licences for Star Zinc and Ka****u (zinc willemite) Projects. The Arrangement, which is subject to Zambian Ministry approval, is for nil consideration since the Company has earned-in its 95% right to the two projects. Galileo has decided to cease seeking Ministry approval and therefore will no longer be assuming the rights from BMR.

Any one know if this affects BMR, and how, or not?

JLP hold 29% of shares in BMR, does anyone belive that holding will vote against any of the resolutions? Personally I doubt it. Unless we can raise in excess of 50% holders to vote against we are wasting our time if we think we can defeat the resolutions. We could be seen as turkeys voting for christmas! What is against us sitting on our hands and waiting to see what happens? What have we got to lose? We don't have to vote!

Agree, although if the Resolutions are voted down CB may just close the company down! Interesting that Res 5 would include JLP's holding of 29% of the shares. Also CB's alledged comments about the Royalty being years away; I just wonder if this is the story he is sharing with JLP? Res 4 basically says "we screwed up but give us free rein to reward ourselves (Remuneration Committee = BOD) with no performance targets/measures at all". Name change seems a pointless exercise other than try to bury the history. Where does K R Thygesen fit into this? As a non-exec he should be taking care of corporate governance, possibly a new role in BMR! BMR website way out of date and no one is answering or even looking at emails! But maybe that's AB's job!

AB is registered as "Secretary" with Companies House. The accounts indicate he has 2.4 million shares. Note 15 (accounts) suggest any "options" have lapsed or been cancelled, although I stand to be corrected. CB has 500k. Not a lot compared with JLP who hold 97.3 million.

AB has not gone away. As of this morning he is listed (Companies House) as Secretary, BMR Group Ltd. Not a new job, another job. Maybe add nepo..... to conflict of interest! New FD (RS), sure an "F" but as far as Companies House is concerned not a "D". When CB was appointed back in 2018 he listed 22 (current) Directorships/Partnerships, with BMR that made 23! Maybe we just have to wait our turn! He hasn't done nothing, alledgedly he has sold off the family silver (GLR shares). I wonder what our man (K R Thygesen) in Portugal is doing or thinks about what is going on, after all he is a Director of the company. Other than the sale of GLR shares, all other information is in the public domain or my views/questions. E&OE
