Although not part of the BAG, may I suggest a question along the lines of:-

"across all your public companies, where is your focus at present?"

Read page 28 of the Kendrick Resources Prospectus (available on the Kendrick web site), paragraph commencing "Jubilee".

No timescales, value written down to nil!

What I expect is that the Royalty will be quietly forgotten or someone will find a clause which makes it all go away!

BZT report (yesterday) states "In light of technical and regulatory issues related to the Kalengwa project the Company has with the agreement of its partners agreed to pause work on this project pending resolution of these issues and accordingly has decided with effect from 31 December 2021 to make a full provision against its investment in the Kalengwa project."

XTR report (yesterday) states out of Kalengwa at a cost of £360k (paraphrased).

So just how much, acrosss both companies, has Kalengwa cost? Anyone know?

My point about number of directorships (AFP, BZT, KEN, XTR & TIR all public), some of the others are very active, is FOCUS?
Where is CB's focus cos as sure as you know what it can't be on ALL his directorships at the same time. Is this week BZT's turn and next week XTR or TIR or etc etc?
Look across the boards, most of them are complaining about "communication/information" or rather lack of!

Just to be clear, I only post on boards where I have skin in the game.

Just wondering why no mention of Cyprus in the Chairman's Statement. Covered in the document later but apparently not that important to mention up front!

My view continues to be that Kendrick and Jubilee management want to forget about the Royalty and would be very pleased if we, ex BMR shareholders, did the same.

So when Bird gets interviewed (I use the term loosely) by Zak on one of his many companies, that company pays Zak for the "opportunity". Any idea how much is spent, from shareholder funds (your words), on these podcasts/interviews?

Try to understand the reason we, BMR shareholders, are less than happy is that the two blokes that destroyed our investments are now directors of Kendrick. Read other posts and you will see, if you want to, just how much some investors have lost. Any investor knows that they can lose money, that's the name of the game, but there should be some accountability by those who were in charge at that time.

1) Agreements were made, they have now been broken apparently. Why would you trust the people who made those agreements? Conflict of interest, Bird was in BMR and Jubilee, who benefited? Crass statement Gloster.

2) Listen to the Bird/Zak podcast today on GLR. Zak spoke 5 times, total time probably less than 2 minutes, not exactly searching questions. Bird spoke for in excess of 8 minutes. I listened for free same as any one else can. FREE PR. Get real.

Jubilee had 29% share holding in BMR.
Same number of shares in Kendrick is worth 0.8% holding.
Don’t see it as a priority for Kendrick, that is why they are content to forget about it and they hope we do as well!

But don't worry, the guy in charge of BMR at that time, Borelli, is now a non-ex director of Kendrick Resources and I'm also sure Colin Bird was involved as well and he, as you know, is exec chair of Kendrick Resources.

Forget about the Royalty, they most certainly have!

Sure the podcasts have subscribers which is income but i would be very surprised if the interviewees pay!

You should already have received a new Kendrick Resource share certificate, I had mine some time ago (Nov 21).

Suggest you talk to ii or your current broker/platform if no longer with ii.

Alternatively, try Neville Registrars ltd. They are West Midlands based.

You must excuse us old BMR holders, we are sitting on losses of 90% - 99% so understand our grumpiness. Kendrick shares will have to do rather well just for us to break even, but here's hoping!

I am sure you will have read the 392 page Prospectus, available on the Kendrick Resources web site, before investing in this company, would be sensible I guess.

I to have listened to the trader cafe chats. I think you will find all of Colin Bird's companies, all 35 that is, are the "best ever".

I particularly like Zak's rapier like questioning and forensic examination of the facts. I recall one question, can't recall the company, but it's laser like precision impressed me, "how are you Colin?".

It's PR, and free PR at that.

Yes

Assuming todays numbers, provided by LSE, are accurate, a little breakdown.

4 x Buys
2 x Unkown

17 x Sales - Quantity of shares 1.085m (allow me a bit of rounding), value £28.484k (ditto rounding)

A few days ago these shares were worthless, they only had a value when available on a market.
Therefore the return investors received is worth something.
However, prior to the "consolidation" there would have been 32.55m shares (30 -1) traded.

The question assumes that the sellers are long term holders; makes sense as the shares have been available in the market for a very limited time and therefore it is unlikely, but not out of the question, that they have bought and sold within a few days.

My question is " what ROI (return on investment) did the sellers achieve?"

I am a shareholder but it would possibly cost me more in charges than anything I would gain by selling them!

Please check my maths.
