However, my point re Focus!

How can any one person "Focus" on that many companies and yes, some may be dormant but I can count quite a few which are very much alive and a couple which are not listed!

also, Focus, where is Colin Bird's focus right now?

He appears to be putting a massive amount of time and effort into podcasts with Sunday Roasts, Saturday Brunches and Midweek whatevers. Makes you wonder where he finds the time!

Leon on Sunday Roast today, within the first 10 minutes, Kabwe is on hold due to copper. How long for no one knows.

Never had any conviction about Royalty coming to fruition.

Maybe leave it in our wills for our great great grandchildren!

We do owe the monies but there are discussions going on!

Fact check! Prof MJ is not on the board of BZT. There have been no announcements (RNS) to that effect. He was appointed as an advisor to the board (not on the board) of Kendrick Resources, another of Colin Bird's myriad of companies.
Let's see what happens tomorrow!

Maybe Colin could have a word with Professor Mike Johnson "until recently, Chairman of Caerus Minerals plc" who he appointed as a Special Advisor to the Board of Kendrick Resources in September 2022!

30 to 1 consolidation.
If you held 30 BMR shares you would now hold 1 Kendrick Resources share.
If you held BMR shares these should have automatically become Kendrick Resources shares, after the consolidation. Best talk to your broker or whoever your BMR shares were held with.
Jubilee held nearly 30% of the BMR shares, they now hold less than 3% in Kendrick!
Kendrick Resources has a web site so look there, including the Prospectus, for any other info.
Just to rub a little salt into the wound, Borelli is a non-ex director of Kendrick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any guesses what the heck it means!

Kendrick Prospectus mentioned the royalty but with no expectation of time or value!

My personal view is that it will be made to “go away”!

No one, to my knowledge, has ever seen the documented agreement and when CB has been questioned the answers have been vague to say the least.

Bottom line, don't hold your breath Ruman.

I think you will find that the Board of Kendrick (they all have multiple other jobs) are otherwise engaged with absolutely no interest in Kabwe.

Jubilee may show some interest in Kabwe at some future point in time but again significant, vastly more important, interests elsewhere.

Eric, haven't seen the numbers but apparently Bozzer is still on the Board, but we knew that didn't we! Question really is what is the difference in effectiveness between Bozzer and a haggis?

Allow me to add a couple of things.
AGM gives us an opportunity to vote against Bozzer being re-elected. Of course he will be re elected, by his mates, but a bit of a gesture.
Also, even Birdie hasn’t given Bozzer any Executive responsibility, he is but a non-executive director!
Perhaps if anyone is attending the AGM they could enquire what value Bozzer adds to the company.

Wonder where they got nearly 18m shares?
Trading has been thin to say the least.
Only two holders Bird and Pursuit with more than that number of shares.
Don’t recall how many shares Jubilee ended up with.
Maybe another RNS due!

You have to remember that the directors all have multiple directorships which means their focus is not always on the same thing/company.
Difficult to know who is running the show and is fully focused on Kendrick!

AGM notice gives us an opportunity to vote against Borrelli staying on the Board, it will have no effect but makes us feel a bit better.
If anyone is attending the AGM perhaps they could ask Mr Bird where his focus is bearing in mind his multiple directorships.
