Nick0212, we all feel the same way, but at the end of the day another Colin Bird company, Jubilee Metals, holds 29% of the shares so all resolutions will be passed!
What BMR/Kendrick needs is a thorough look at by an investigative financial journalist. As Klueloss suggests, past Directors (one of whom is still Secretary) have not had shareholder interests at the forefront of their minds.
Kendrick website, yes, a complete joke. That demonstrates the Managements respect for shareholders.
Royalty is mentioned in the Annual Report, basically kicked so far into the long grass ("midterm" is the expression used!!!) that they hope we will all forget about it.
As Jubille hold 29% of the shares, they get diluted as well as every other shareholder.
The fact that Borrelli remains Secretary and is still being rewarded for utter failure is staggering, but mates with CB so that's alright then!
Does anyone else know about this?
Looks like an ideal opportunity for questions re BMR/Kendrick and also Royalty re JLP.
I can't attend but maybe someone else can and should.
Additional delays and more costs associated with Kendrick/Pursuit; any one surprised?
Issued yesterday.

Picked up from a post on the Galileo share chat.
BMR is no more, the name was changed, by AGM resolution, to Kendrick Resources. Is that what you meant when you referred to "Hendricks"?
It appears that copper subordinates every other metal at the moment and therefore the Kabwe clean up (Zn, Pb, V ) is some way away. So much for Jubilee's ESG credentials.
Whenever CB is questioned, by Kendricks Resources shareholders (ex BMR), he is somewhat "vague" about the Royalty. I am not sure that anyone has actually seen and read it, no one owns up to sight nor content! But it is the only thing left after the management debacle that was BMR.
Tobin, trust you are now better informed and know where to look for additional/supporting information, if still interested.
Daverec, if you want to know where the cash went, BMR annual report and accounts are on the Kendrick Resources web site under "Publications". Just a bit of a heads up, there is little or no money left! The Notice of AGM and Letter to Shareholders 11/01/2021, under Circulars and Notices, make interesting reading! All resolutions were passed at the AGM (remember Jubilee have a 29% shareholding).
mleshem, intrigued by your point "what is there to stop CB to perpetrate what he already practiced successfully?"
CB's appoinment as a non ex director (16 Apr 2018) also lists his 22 other Directorships/Partnerships.
Wonder what his succession plan(sssssssssssssssssssssssssss) looks like?
But it is the royalty which is the key element for Kendrick shareholders. With CB a director of both Kendrick and Jubilee (plus lots of other companies) the question is where do his priorities truly lie? Couldn't possibly be a conflict of interest could there! Would be interesting to know where LC sits in all this?
Tobin, where to start?
BMR ran in trouble whilst Borrelli was chairman and head buffooon. Borrelli is on very few BMR shareholders Christmas card list! No longer a director he is still listed as secretary. He has a holding of close to 2.5 million shares, CB holds 500k shares. CB came on board and there was a royalty agreement with Jubilee, also Jubille have a 29% holding in BMR. The main question for BMR shareholders is about that royalty agreement; whenever questions are asked a cloud of obfuscation descends.
Earlier this year CB changed the name from BMR to Kendrick Resources via an AGM resolution. Presumably the royalty agreement carried forward from BMR to Kendrick.
Kendrick have a deal with Pursuit Minerals for some Scandinavian projects. This will be the vehicle for re-listing Kendrick Resources, but that has been dealyed from mid year to end year 2021.
The royalty is why the Kendrick Resources (ex BMR) shareholders are interested in what Jubilee are doing at Kabwe. Cyprus, Australia, and any other countries are interesting but Kabwe is an environmental disaster zone and needs attention now. CB has stated that proceeds from the royalty are some years away which seems to suggest that Kabwe is low on Jubilee's priority list, I may be wrong.
Ancient history, BMR was previously run by a bloke called Alkihani (spelling??) who was simply an out and out rogue!
Check the Kendrick Resources web site Reports & Accounts - Circulars and Notices. Companies House for other information.
All in the public domain.
Views are mine E&OE
KT, one of our two Directors, has been appointed a non-ex at Xtract Resources. Wonder where his priorities will be?
Help me out here please.
Seems to be a "view" about Sandfire and their investment.
How does this eqaute to their 15% shareholding in African Pioneer PLC, another of CB's many companys, see African Pioneer PLC RNS dated 1st June 2021.
Just wondering?
Tried again today, no letter! Equinity phone number requests details you do not have, because you haven't had "the letter". Spent ages on hold listening to awful music and periodic less than helpful messages and got nowhere!
I remain to be convinced that Equiniti know what they are doing re ABDN share/holders.
Would be interested to know if any ABDN shareholder has received a letter from Equinitiy which enables them to trade (buy or sell) ABDN shares.
Would complain to ABRDN but web site seriously lacking in contact details!
Appalling service or rather lack of. If they transferred the portal to Equiniti why is it taking so long to set up an account. Letter, what letter and when? Telephone, don't waste your time, loads of irrelevant stuff and no progress. We, shareholders, are being prevented from trading our abdn shares, it is as simple as that. Total disgrace. Obviously don't care about individual shareholders.
