Tbh the clearest warning on odx was probably some of investors in it.

Colin sold a few pro use tests in Spain during a global pandemic will mumble and bumble his way around the subject.

If the contract is dead no need for NDA..and come clean...how much was his inertia and how much was the gov...are their legal team as competent as the rest of the team?
When did they know..why were few bull even just a few weeks ago with dam announcement ..

I think he needs to come completely clean on the gov contract fiasco. ..if we later find out there is any glimmer and he was trying to flush out the gov..he is going to get lynched .

The RNs reads the gov contract is dead. They want to stop free lft as soon as possible and they will not need to source any. Cheap Chinese will do until then.

I think he knew this was going to happen since he announced the presentation...hence the time..I think he wanted to try and support so during the day.

Thing is at least we now know why they never went for self test in USA..some people said they had to do pro use first which never made sense to me.

The pro use in USA is just more jam tmrw..when Colin realised he dropped the ball on gov contract.

The only real hope is self test in EU...but then they still have to sell it.

If they get self test in UK then they will prob do an exclusive with dam...something but not great.

i don't doubt the gov are keeping the door open. there would also be nothing to stop them from agreeing a new contract - they are still in dialogue.

the issue is that odx blew the golden opportunity by not having some protection in the contract. when it said £50m -£374 i initially thought there was a min of £50m there. not that there was in fact nothing!
either colin was incompetent to sign it or incompetent to put all his eggs in the basket.

by the time woke up - he had missed the early bird approval application slots...
