mcadder with open offer could be 140,000, 000 more shares than the existing 185 m..thats a lot of dilution

mcadder - it is the same deal that was scooped on 31/1/22 - apart from now the open offer - no doubt an attempt to calm shareholders anger

this never went away- the talks are just a week further down the line and nearer finalisation

either with news of placing or they will have to refute new scoop.

tw first scoop was correct on friday 28/1/22 - confirmed by rns on monday 31/1/22.
i defended odx all that weekend saying i didn't believe it - they couldn't - days after announcing they didnt need cash

more fool me - however as "sauce" of new scoop is the same - i am going to believe tw this time. i said all along friday was crunch day for me

my suspicion is that having put the wheels in motion apparently 2 days after the first rns saying they do not need cash - they probably could not resist the temptation. it does not cost the directors anything anyway

i am sure there will be some bull given - but in reality i suspect it is going to be used as a guarantee they can pay their wages

no just an honest investor who has lost a lot of money and no longer trusts company

Finncap normally give a target price - in fact this is the first company paid for reaearch note that i have ever seen that has not given a target price

so they clearly Finncap had no idea or they don't want to say

i don't question the market is there - they are good products.
the real question is why have ODX failed so miserably in sales of the products for years?
my suspicion is they are in the wrong countries and have a pony sales team

There is no doubt potential to make money in the areas mentioned by finncap. The trouble is that this is odx and not some go getting Chinese company

Boris will be doing away with free tests pronto in my view . if you do not have to isolate then I am not sure there is much of a need for people to bother testing? crazy but hey.

tbh it doesnt affect odx - other than of course the moment tests are not needed odx will get self test approval in uk
