sales are decreasing ..cash in bank is decreasing , there are no tangible signs of any new substantial contracts etc etc

i love the fact that you think you can get away with no factual evidence. there have never been any short positions disclosed to the FCA as far as i can tell.

you do know there is a tab on lse showing shorting positions.. right?

Firstly you have to remember that cnsl pay cavendish for this "research note"

I notice there is no future projection of revenue and other metrics - which is strange as previous notes had forecast.

hence we only have the recently ended tax years and historic ones to compare.

i cant see how they can illustrate that the revenue is down as well as net cash and still expect the flowery jam tomorrow to convince investors?

We don't know if it was the first offer . I would not be surprised if there were a previous offer that was higher but the rns which was the nail in the coffin could have put paid to that.

However what we do know is that the bod have accepted it..hence the recommendation to take ..unfortunately .

Tbh if they had released the rns saying it was a proposition and said no more. It would have supported the 35p price.
