John...i did not expect much in an rns on a deal. I suspect there will be an NDA so that we will never know the full details..in return the payment might have been reduced ( to just costs?) and the statement that neither side claims liability...although the payment says who really won.

I agree that the company could and should have softened the blow with some sort of positive..be it the refund of vat..etc etc.

They must be aware that people have waited 2 years for this and seen a drastic erosion in their stake..some would have been life changing amounts

no. if you read - I also said if he came up with a masterplan then of course i would change my mind.

the issue is at the moment i dont see where the company is going and how monetisation is going to happen.

if ever a clear coherent forward plan and possibly even some results from him is taking over as needed - now would be a good time.

Some have made it clear they will exit in an orderly fashion...myself included. 57p should have been the base line from yestrrday. Drops usually get overdone ..pull out stop losses and cause panic etc. I am looking for 70p..which I believe is achievable with a good news rns..

Unfortunately there are few aim companies where the bod look after shareholders. They are treated as an inconvenience until their vote is needed on a bonus raise or to be used in a placing.

I don't blame management for the court case.

However they should have gone after not only appointing salad man..but not monitoring the situation and realising he was doing nothing after 3 month walkabout. Leave him in place for a year and Give him a bonus.

Well the gov will have taken confidence in defeating ncyt ...someone they actually bought product from and recovered money back.

I always said cnsl look like having to pay back all the hard earned tax payers cash that they took and produced nothing for.

The cash was always supposed to be paid back ..but in product...however if you don't make product then you pay back in cash.
