The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
I am afraid you have not been anywhere near honest regarding your quoting of my posts or your behaviour.
You have taken advantage of the fact that I don't engage with you 98% of the time and therefore don't challenge you. When I gave challenged you tonight you have no answers
As for vulgar ..you provoke other
Posters until some can't control themselves.then play the victim
It hasn't worked with me even when you followed me onto another board to have a pop..numerous times. Trying to provoke a reaction
Anyway as usual you have successfully detracted away from discussions on the share itself to your own personal agenda
It would seem to some on here you are very lonely and in need for conversation...which explains your wanting to talk about your gambling adiction and tomatoes etc.
If that is the case I am sorry..but trying to get into arguments with people on here for the sake of contact is not healthy.
Anyway wish you a good evening and will go back to not engaging with you as I think you will have nothing further to add on the share
"Good grief, you log on to see if there's any news about cnsl and lickspittal is having a bore-fest meltdown complete with tears and snot."
yes much better to see puerile name calling than reasoned arguments that you can't counter.
you got me
"What I will not do and what yoh should realise more, is not discuss anything that may affect the share price in anyway."
not true....eg your vague "news tmrw" and regular ramps of vague jam tmrw
what you really mean is you will not discuss anything that could negatively affect the sp.
nothing wrong with that but just try to be honest for once on here
I agree in that i suspect that "some" on here have no idea on accounts and finance in general.
cnsl were on fumes - and with overdraft being removed they were close very close to something very nasty
accubio run by calamity (ex ceo of odx) - who also benefitted from the work odx did do with covid tests - bailed them out with buying cd4 test.
it is interesting to consider if they were generous ?...as you have pointed out the current sales of cd4 are only giving £40k a year royalties to cnsl - ok this will end in 2026..but it will take accubio quite a few years to recover their purchase price.
it is forgotten that odx themselves were dubious they would be able to sell it and might have to give it away
i know we disagree on the gov dispute - as i think they will have to pay back the whole £2.5m and as a hard working tax payer i think it only right. of course those who dont pay tax might disagree but ultimately that money could be used for legitimate bills such as nhs or benefits
i also disagree with dilution being a slim possibility. if as they forecast cash will be £3.8m at the end of this month and they need to pay£2.5m back they will be at £1.3m and still making a loss.
my view is that the name change was potential the pre cursor to a consolidation - which SH revolted against - ultimately for a change in nominal value and placings. in my view the company were doing the dirty work in advance - knowing it could very well be a possibility/probability.
yes they are "pursuing" a counterclaim ..but what does that mean?...they haven't taken the gov to court?
in my view they are trying to bluff the gov - but i dont think it will work
a contract is a contract
like you i am awaiting the next update with interest - to see if my gut feeling is correct again.
and how the cheerleaders on here will justify another possible vague slither of jam tomorrow
You have accused me of getting it wrong to discuss that they were losing their overdraft. they did lose it.
the fact that quite shortly afterwards they sold cd4 and didn't need it - does not matter. it was lost before the money came through
you know you are lying about my sp predictions - most have been right in the last two years - just look at the last one.
we all know you trawl through and save every post i have ever made - so if you get it "wrong" we all know why.
however the history is there
maybe you should think about criticising a company that has lost you a lot of money - rather than chasing posters on this board who point it out?
it does not make sense that someone should watch the sp drop 98% and the only time i have seen you negative is when they hid a share consolidation on p80 (or whatever it was) of the document.
you have some warped idea that a handful of anon posters on a public forum are responsible for the drop with no blame whatsoever for the company.
but that would mean admitting you got it wrong...and also put the share you hold in a negative light. something you are not willing to do because you want to be pump the share and attract newbies in who don't know any better.
Company told us overdraft was only being renewed for 3 months by bank..not a good sign and indicated they were not going to get another one as they were running on fumes.banks don't lend to companies who can't pay back
Luckily at the last moment they managed to sell cd4.so narrowly avoided bankruptcy which was a very real danger.
And overdraft was no longer needed .
So was not wrong on that.
The company was the one who informed us that they might not be able to sell cd4 and have to give it away. If company says that then of course we discussed it as a serious possible outcome
Let's look at some of the things I got right about this share as I was critical all the way down from 70p
1) multiple failed approvals
2) not selling professional use leftin USA
3) placing when company denied needing one
4) not being able to sell anything isignificant quantities
5) loss making year after year
6) USA target market - not proving as successful as ramped
7) most of my sp predictions
8) cash burn
Rapidly improving sales?
would not be my description...
Exactly atan...cnsl have already told us that they are world leaders and supplying over a 100 countries. which shows that they are only selling minimal amounts. the lack of significant increase suggests that either they are in a saturated niche sector of that market or are just not very good at increasing sales. or both. we already know they could not sell a test in a pandemic or the last cold pepsi in the desert as i said!..lol
fakey might have made some cash if he bought at the lowest point and sold some. the fact that he is still here pumping suggests he did not get all his trade out
valuation - you hit the nail on the head why the company struggles to be valued much above cash held. they burn cash through year after year making a loss. with no further family jewels to sell....they are potentially in a precarious situation if the gov do insist on hard earned tax payers money back.,
talking of thursday - i miss the ctda walt mitty character
Fakey ..I think you got the wrong person
It was another who was not allowed to press the sell button by the FBI/ cia/ knights templar's / Avon ladies / EMR etc
Thing is I still believed the company when they said they had a contractwith the gov...not realizing it had already expired .
Just goes to show. Cnsl and contracts is not a good mix.
Just remembering the contract they had with dam and then could not provide any in UK as not ctda approved! Lol
5-0
Correction..actually I think I have been critical of this share all the way down from 70p ..when they showed contempt for sh and released the Tesla tweet
Some of us said there waa quick trade at the low of 1.6p ..if you could time it right. However there was always the danger of news breaking that the company would have to pay hard earned tax payers money back..still a risk
The market has valued the company. ...and there isn't anything to suggest that it has got it wrong
If the sp gets any where near 4p ..the bucket ship flippers will be queing up to dump the shares they bought in the 4p placing..gazillions of them.
So that will stop it in its tracks
Personally I can't see anything on the horizon that will get it to 4p anyway
As for worldwide talk of billions. Cnsl have been pedalling their food tests for years and only ever sell in the region of £8-9 m
So it's a moot point
Morning atan.
I know you don't read your blocked posters. Level of insults is increasing so we have clearly touched a nerve.
The mini pump and dump seems like it might be over...the newbies trapped in will be able to read soon how the company is making another loss this year.
There will be the tiniest smear of jam ...educational apps and target markets etc.
Which don't translate into significant sales ...to enable the bod to award themselves a bonus..
Nope...it is just being pumped and dumped.which is why prob requested that zak look at it.
People trying to get the herd involved...more mug punters
sucked in to make coin for the semi pro traders.
Meanwhile they get stuck in a stick that is going nowhere and will drift down again.
That is of course if they don't have to pay gov back and the so crashes
The problem with aim is that there are too many lifestyle companies.
The bod don't care about share holders just putting their snouts in the trough
If anything it shows how hard it is for these small diagnostic companies to run in profit
Share talk is zak mir....we already discussed mystic meg and his resemblance to a broken clock .
Right twice a year
Hello atan
You make some good points.
Fakey clearly got unstuck with his last trade and got trapped in..hence the continual pumping
You can see the tactics each of the others use
A) 5-0 refers to the other place...as if the font of all knowledge ..when it is just another bunch of pump n dumpers. He also tries to insinuate a takeover every opportunity even though the company has denied it.
Then there is the continual lying over thepaid for broker note.
Others do the open ended question...rns tmrw? Like a broken clock right once in awhile by accident...but most of the time complete rollox
Good post atan.
it strikes me the difference in post quality between the a) pump and dump crew and b) those analytical of the company performance.
this should speak volumes to anyone new to the share and thinking of buying in.
Pump and dump
One would have thought quick legionella testing would be lucrative
Erskine..I posted my holding at the time ..hence why some on here can quote all my posts which they have stuck on their bedroom wall
Always been transparent on any forum I have been on.
Glad you are up 10%.
Let's hope it holds
Jeez...zak mir
Broken clock - right twice a day comes to mind.
