What price do you folk think the shares will come back at. I have been looking at how it went in the past, and in response to good news on preparations for the launch of ChillZERO the shares peaked at 13.05p in May 2023 . For months after that despite a lot of good news on distribution and retailers, the constant drip of negative news on future legislation saw the price slowly decline until the previous PM announced the future banning of disposable vapes on 24th January 2024 when the price fell to 4.25p. By May 17th the Requisition Letter saw the price down to 3.5p and on Callum's removal on 22nd down to 2.6p. Suspended at 2.15p.
We have all seen the horrors our former directors caused and cost, but while all of that was going on mainly thanks to Callum and Mr Swann we have continued to trade, so what is the situation now.
We are not now trading in America but then we never really were, As soon as Callum's back was turned nothing much happened three Director's, two highly paid and nothing to show for it. Having got rid of all the costs and negativity is a great plus as far as I am concerned.
In the UK despite the huge drain on capital and the many hours of time wasted in having to deal with the Americans chill.com has continued to grow. In January this year we were promoting and selling for about 60 third party brands. Todays count is 88 and our level of promotion has increased enormously.
Callum having dealt with the promotion, sale and distribution of ChillZero so effectively is now using that knowledge to build a third party wholesale distribution organisation which appears to be doing well.
With all the American negativity gone, our old and new directors can now concentrate on creating some real worth for our poor formally ill-used company.
So what pice for the shares when they finally return to the market. I have no idea, I just hope they do not fall further.
