It was August when I last updated on this. Callum had already said they were introducing changes including the delivery of all goods. It seemed possible that we could lose some of the companies we represented however, the number of brands have remained at 94. Yesterday I noticed an addition to 95. Hopefully we are now fully reorganised and ready to see growth in this division also.

The recent exposé on illegal vape shops and the fact that the government are taking action closing them down could make quite a difference to the convenience store sector.

We as shareholders should look around our areas and if we see any questionable vape shops report them to trading standards so that if they are dishonest

traders we can help get them closed down to support the kind of businesses we are supplying .

One of the largest undervaluations on the LSE. 1% of the companies shares purchased in just over an hour this morning without news so more people are realising this.

Chill Connect is close to making contributions to our corporate costs after just one year of trading and with the impact of our two new mega customers this should happen very soon. When you think where we were a year ago, 2025 is certainly going out with a bang.

We were told on 9th December last year that the new division chill connect had signed up its first international client inferring that we already had native ones. Over the following months we had further optimistic updates , several new clients and rising sales. The three recent updates were great. But the latest one a rather long winded rehash of mainly old news has simply started the alarm bells ringing again. Silence would have been better pending something more positive.

Could really do with some percentages and projections.

This must be one of the most under valued companies on the market at present.

Stupidly I was disappointed when Callum said the new deals would start adding to business in our 2026 figures, but of course they start in just twenty days on 1st October.
