Well I had hoped for better than this but it seems this has little to offer by way of progress.
I have dumped my holding here, I cant see it ever improving by any worthwhile amount.
I think it is going to drop a lot lower and I suspect the Jan trading update will be poor.

The web site looks to have been updated recently.
Looking good with a lot more information.

As EVERYONE is perfect;y aware Ian Smith is head of and running IDE.
He will not make the mistake of putting in a management team again.
He wishes to build this up fast as he wants it sold asap.
Same goes for AD4.
He no longer wishes to use the listed company method as the shysters that ruined IDE and AD4 have shown him if you dont do it yourself then it will become a shambles.
But don't take my word for it phone him and ask him.

MXCP and Ian Smith have far bigger projects they want to concentrate on and AD4 and IDE will be part of them but not as listed companies.
They will be sold once they have been built up within 2-3 yrs at most.

These trolls are a clear sign that this is going really well!!

Companies do NOT have to inform the markets of every single deal they make.

It is as if the trolls don't believe they are partnered with DXC!!?
They are.
And with Equinix as it happens.

MXCP will be sold to an industry giant once it has been built up again.
It is likely MXLG will buy it.
MXCP are no fools they will get all their money back and a lot more to boot.
Thats what they do.

IAN SMITH runs IDE he is the main man at the helm.
What title he chooses to give himself is a complete irrelevance as is the question.

As for the value of IDE.

Ocado is a near £8 Billion pound mkt cap company but it has yet to make one single penny of profit.

Just Eat
Uber
Etc.
MXCP has a turnover well above £41m
This turnover is expected to more than double.

Everyone involved in the rescue of IDE from Kestrel to MXCP and Bill Dobbie etc require at least 30p just to break even.

Do you seriously think they threw roughly £15m of new money at this recently just so they could more than double their previous losses?
I would loved to have been at that meeting.

If you are so scared and nervous of me losing my money investing here then DONT LOOK.

IDE will surpass 30p over the next year and the main target is 60p
Now if thats to difficult to grasp then do not invest here under any circumstances.
I would hate for you to be sitting here worried and panicked half to death every day.

Investing means Tanking On Risk.
If there is no risk involved then there is no investment.
It is all about managing that risk and minimising it with proper research and due diligence.
Investing is not for the weak hearted you have to have the courage of your convictions and the belief in the quality of your own research.
And have a lot of experience and know what you are doing.
I am sure there are post office investments that might be more to your taste.
No risk No gain.
I have a significant holding here as do colleagues.

This is my view of Fridays entertainment as well.
It was like the remaining 37.5m were pre-sold in a worked order and the slump in price provided the customers/buyers.
They seem to be getting all the loose ends tidied up before the name change and the real launch of CloudCoco.
Remember GBF surrendered £1.5m worth of loan notes for free they wrote them off.
We can hardly grudge them getting their options re-priced and them then cashing them in.
I think they will want out completely and the options were the last step required to be taken.
If this is the case then AD4 should start to fly .

This person makes lots of baseless accusations and not once do they have the courage nor intelligence to
actually question one single point in any of the posts I have made.
So let us address every point they make instead.

1. Every single poster on every single bulleting board is ahem...anonymous (unless you would like to tell us all who you really are JammC ?)

2. Everything I have posted regarding AD4 and IDE has proven to be 100% correct and exact.
Posting verifiable facts about a company is a "pump and dump" apparently.
And whilst on the subject of "pumping and dumping" doesn't someone have to sell their shares for this to have taken effect?
Call me old fashioned but facts eh, let us stick to them and be accurate.

3. What the board chooses to announce is their decision, not mine I have no input at board level.

4. Many of these young witless trolls appear when they are bitter at having missed out.
And their ignorance into how one obtains information regarding any company is woeful and lamentable.
As this poster does not have the ability to question anything I have posted allow me to address some of the points I have made that this
chap finds so wondrous to comprehend that I must be making it all up?

So perhaps he questions the MXCP facts and the tie-up With John Malones Liberty Global and the fact that MXCP will be selling MXLG to a branch of Liberty's which is in fact Virgin Media.
Now you could go away and research this and ask a few people and read up on the many industry-wide publications etc.
Then phone and speak to the board at LG and MXCP and even IDE.

Personally I simply read the RNS from MXCP where they SAID ALL OF THIS.
Each to their own.

Another FACT this clown may dispute is where IDE is partnered or collaborating with DXC.
Well, This...from an IDE RNS.

Oh look it doesn't mention DXC.
No, thats why you have to research properly.
The clue is in the words.
Global means 1 of 10
Which Global IT services company needs help DXC.
What for ..Their Met police contract and their naval missile testing contract.
All this info is out there in for example The Registrar an industry publication for all IT companies available online and LinkedIn.
And many other useful resources and fountains of knowledge.

Of course, I cant expect out "anonymous" troll to do this sort of investigating.

But I do.
And often.
It pays dividends.

Now if there is any single item or point in any of my posts on AD4 or IDE that you struggle with all you have to do is ask
and I shall happily oblige by explaining in full.

This is an astounding opportunity to buy in low BELOW the price the new team came in at.

Chances like this dont come round too often in the markets so make the most of it, I have.

Look 12.5m shares were pre sold, the market already soaked them all up.
Now that it is official by way of RNS the MM's are milking it for every penny they can.

The short position has been filled by the new shares being issued to them.
This is all past history.
The drop in price is astonishing for just 12.5m re sold shares that have been met by the issuance of the same amount in new shares.
Officially the new shares come into being on the 31st but as we know the BGF have had their short position filled.

No shares got harmed in this operation.
Just yours if you sold as a result.
This is a masterclass in spooking the novice investor.

CloudCoco are good to go and have a lot of news to release once the new name is official.

Strongest Buy possible from me.

If people cant draw any conclusions there then they really are in the wrong game.

MXCP also own all the loan notes to IDE.

If IDE suceeds it gets sold at a VAST profit to MXLG and we all make a ****ing fortune.
It is as plain and simple as that.

MXCP are backed and supported by Kestrel fund managment their director and founder is ALSO a director of IDE Mr Max Royde.

Mxcp are also backed and supported by multi Billion Pound fund management company Ravenscroft which is owned and set up by the founder of Hargreaves Lansdown Stephen Lansdown.
Ravenscroft own 25% of the MXCP management company which is soon to be floated on the markets on the Guernsey exchange (they are based in Guernsey) to begin with.
If you own MXCP shares then you get FREE SHARES in this new company.
This is happening NOW.

Liberty Global is one of the worlds largest companies.
They are American and own Vodafone and Virgin etc.
John Malone set the company up and is the Boss.
He is a very very close friend of Warren Buffets.
He is also the biggest land owner in the USA.
Warren Buffet is Liberty Globals largest shareholder.

Liberty Global set up a joint venture with MXCP

They created a new company called MXLG

MXCP own 50% of this company and LG own the other 50%
Not only do MXCP own 50% but they are paid by LG to manage the company and set it all up.
MXCP get Fees for this from LG.
LG has the money (Over 50-100 Billion at any given time)
MXCP has the people and the skills.

DAISY was and is a relatively new company that grew very quickly to become a major player in this sector.
Liberty Global wanted to BUY DAISY GROUP.
But Daisy were to greedy and demanded to high a price so Liberty Global said
FORGET IT WE WILL BUILD OUR OWN DAISY.

Thus MXCP have been given the task to build an IT Services company the size and scope of Daisy or perhaps half the size the rest gets done once it is sold.

Daisy is worth around £2 Billion.

Liberty want MXCP to create a similar company and they are taking 50% of the deal and will provide a bottomless pot of cash if required.
So far they have not required any LG cash other than the set up funds.

Once this company reaches critical mass with a worth/value of say £100m it is to be sold to Virgin.
This has ALREADY BEEN AGREED.

So MXCP simply have to get on with it and get a massive pay day when the job is done.

IDE fits "PERFECTLY" into the MXLG/DAISY type model and will be a perfect fit once it has been built up and would boost the MXLG project enormously.

This in my opnion is the plan.

Just back this morning from staying with a friend who has been unwell.
Will update with some excellent research from another site in a mo.
It ties in with everything I know.

Buying pressure looks to be building.
Held back for news maybe?

I can see this being significantly re rated and with a free float of available shares of LESS than 5% it will not take much
for them to fly.

Well it seems clear that IDE are moving all their resources into the more profitable 'Managed Services' area .
They are setting up multiple collaborations with sector Giants like DXC and Enquinix and benefiting from these
giants sub contracting out their work like the Met Police for example.
There is very significant upside here imo.
50p will be seen.
They are securing and setting up multi million pound deals.
We already have revenues of £40m I see that doubling in the not too distant.

Make no mistake I am loading up here ,I am selling all other plays and throwing the lot into IDE.
The prospects are staggering.
But DYOR and only invest what you can afford.

This is an enormous deal for IDE and could be worth many millions.
They are securing deals all over the place apparently another decent one just the other week.
This is heading to 50p over the longer term I have no doubts at all about that.
The DXC work is for a client who has limitless work and bottomless pockets :)

One of their new partners is DXC apparently who are one of the biggest players in this sector.
They have been sub contracting out work since July.
