The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Thanks Chesh. Interesting to see who does make the list.
Despite Greta going on about the science, she comes over to me as anti-science and possibly some one who had an abused childhood. I do feel sorry for her
We haven't done what you have (at least not yet) but it has been binned in this household (as a BPC investor I would not be happy to see a family member sign it)
A family member got the following email a short time ago from "Olivia Boyd, SumOfUs"
Lloyd’s of London is insuring destructive oil drilling in the Bahamas’ pristine waters.
Let’s call out its top executives and demand they end this now -- if they pull out, the whole scheme could collapse.

Lloyd's of London has been revealed as a key player behind an oil drilling scheme in pristine Caribbean waters. Just weeks after making a PR splash with new environmental promises, Lloyd's is wreaking havoc with fragile ecosystems -- and making another disaster like Deepwater Horizon possible.
No wonder it's keeping its involvement quiet -- bad publicity could ruin all the hard-work on its new green image. So if we can put this in the spotlight and call out top executives, they might drop this offshore oil grab!
Tell Lloyd’s: No more drilling in paradise!
Our planet can’t afford projects like these -- we’re already burning far more oil and gas than is compatible with climate change targets. We need to phase out fossil fuels, not go looking for more!
The oil company behind the project says it’s just “exploring”. But Deepwater Horizon’s “exploratory” well spilled over 4 million barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and killed 11 people.
Local people and businesses have begged the government to stop this terrible scheme, even 17 US senators have written to the Bahamas’ prime minister in protest. If Lloyd’s pulls out it could land the fatal blow. Add your name:
Tell Lloyd’s: No empty promises, drop Bahamas oil drilling now!
Our pressure on Lloyd’s is working -- it has already shifted ground and launched a new sustainability strategy thanks to action from people like you. Now we need to hold executives’ feet to the fire and show them we won’t go away until they stop insuring destruction.

How about a late RNS after market closes
FWIW, in the Shortest History of Germany by James Hawes (a Germanophile) he notes that jokes current in West Germany at the time of writing (publication was 2017) included:
If the Brits can have Brexit why can't we have Saxit (as in Saxony departing Germany)
And, why are the Chinese so happy? Because they still have their wall
A non-starter
Don't be so patronising to CERP holders, we are not all the same. I posted on Friday to say I had bought more CERP shares as it was a cheaper way into BPC than buying BPC shares and other posters said the same yesterday
Yes, of course willec I will get shares in the new company but at the moment they are valued at higher than the CERP sp, It's ca;lled arbitrage and it comes with a risk, and in this case Ii am willing to take it.
No it's not. I bought more CERP today at 2p a share while BPC is at 3p. If the deal goes through (and I assume it will) I will get 2.4p for each of my CERP shares I bought today.
It's a takeover. Look at the composition of the BoD of the 'merged' company
Bigmj posted to say he supports deal as good for both companies
For those who have not seen it bigmj has posted on the BPC site to say he thinks the deal is good for both companies and will be accepting the offer .
I suppose financial companies that might back the bidder want to see a binding GSA agreement before stumping up loans - same as for the partners we had in the original plan to build the pipeline and processing centre. According to the press story someone posted here a short while ago the GSA deadline has been pushed back to the end of March, and if they keep to it this time maybe there will be progress with a sale.
If any of you have an appetite for a soon-to-be announced drill result check out Columbus Energy Resources (CERP). It's drilling for oil in Trinidad is an area that is an extension of the VenezuaIan hydrocarbon basin. I mentioned CERP yesterday and its heartening for me to see it blue again today. While I wait for my Sound to recover I am hopeful that CERP will help repair my finances
Thanks for this Ian. I have the impression that BigMJ only posts on the CERP site when there are many negative posts.
I've only partially escaped since I still have a big SOU holding but if CERP comes good then all will be sweet!
Just optimistic Partridge. And also influenced by the CERP fundamentals, and by BigMJ
BigMJ is an infrequent poster on the CERP site and some time ago he posted to say he had bought a load of shares (incidentally, at a higher sp than now). He got quite a bit of flak for claiming this but that ended when the RNS appeared saying Michael Johnson had accumulated a declarable interest. His posts - though infrequent - are very encouraging. And he ahs continued to build his holding
