I am a shareholder in both Prim & PR1.

Don't bother re Aim regulation, it doesn't exist, they will only quote words and take no action. This is the wild west Aim lies can be told by companies and directors alike, nothing will change a joke expecting the regulators of the aim to do anything.

This was a pump & dump. That's why so many are in a losing situation.

Was a quite a large pump & dump going on in PR1 with quite a few gamblers now stuck with shares at much higher levers so a lot of that disapointment now aimed at Primorus for only doing what they wished they had done themselves. I'm not selling my Prim holding based on the information so far. Im sure Matthew Beardmore who sat on the board of PR1 following on from the ALTE initial investment who is still with Primorus surely must know the conditions and both sides of the arguement, wouldn't have let this situation happen unless it is okay.

I would expect Robert (chartered accountant) at Prim to know exectly what he was doing and suspect Matthew Beard ex PR1 who left a few wks ago had a say in it.

Looks like the pump & dump is coming to the end, placing shares at 2.5 have most likely been sold to pi's. I personally sold mine during the pump. Company at this stage only has 40 customers on the AI with only 20% paying, target was 100 paying so still miles to go. No wonder shorting has gone on. Looks to be a lot of sour grapes here. Remember placing was at 2.5p only a few wks ago, plenty of those shares still in profit.

Keep keeping an eye on Mendell and can see the potential. So dipped my toes in today 250k at 2.24 ( showing as a sell). Will watch now with interest. Seems to be undervalued.

Some of you circus clowns really need to go beyond these message boards and dig a little deeper into PR1 and the recent fund raise and recent contracts, this company is now at the growth stage and on target to break even within 12mths but is priced to fail. Believe the clowns or do proper reasearch.

Gold 1911 corp now at 26. Close to our current market cap alone. Just need a bit of interest here to get the sp back to a more realistic level. If I can get a good price I'm adding. Not much re Low6 on a floatation etc even though a good company.

I am 100% sure there is no money from any deals as they didn't exist in the first place. The only way that shareholders will get any money is by going after any assets that Amit has. Does anyone know what assets Amit has ? Otherwise it's going to be a costly exercise for Shareholders to get the man to court to find he has bugger all to go after.

They were both my buys, most likely will add again. Too low a market cap considering 1911 Gold Corp's holding. Okay gold may have ended it's bull run due to Trump becoming president and the US dollar rising, but very undervalued here.

Think we all know by now that it was/is a fraud. So can't see Amit responding to any requests for info, why would he ?. Just leaves the Authorities to pursue and that would bear no fruit as they are pretty useless unless easy pickings. So that would just leave us going after his estate. The crucial question here is what does he have ? No point in going after someone who doesn't have a lot as the legal costs would be very high in the first place.

We can't even discount a prankster updating the website.

2023 has gone, not been a great year for Prim, thanks to Payapps 2024 is already considerably better, the company is moving in the right direction thanks to Rupert & the team. Costs are under control. Cash in bank earning interest awaiting the next investment. A Fresho liquidity event will propel the SP to a much higher level and hopefully a dividend. Good luck all.

If Amit is updating cloudtag.com it's because I believe his intention was to sell more shares. But if it isn't Amit updating cloudtag.com then it's some prankster with an axe to grind, plenty of them.

If peoe still believe then Amit has a target to sell some shares, it doesn't matter what he says or states what the current amout of shares are in circulation as that only matter if he has funds to pay out. And based on not one single checkable fact not one for anyone to check.

Well my prediction of 3-3.5p ex divi is out of the window, it was based on the sp at the time of posting. Looks like some buying is happening and doesn't take much to have an effect on the share price as shares are in short supply. Hopefully new investors and existing are looking at Fresho and the benefit this will give to Primorus and possibly another divi in the not so distant future.
