I reckon 3 - 3.5 bid/offer may larger spread initially but as the divi gets paid out some of that will be used to reinvest so expect a climb in the sp.awaiting Fresho that will give a bigger uplift in the sp.

Then an update just stating April's fool.

An excellent decision by the directors to pay out a divi, it now means my shares cost me less than they did, if the mm's sort out the ridiculous spread we may get more people interested. This proves the directors are aligned with the shareholders. Next Prim will get the rest of funds from Payapps when the rest is sold, we still have Fresho, prim only last week invested more and wouldn't have done so if it wasn't going to be another liquidity event, plus we have Engage ( update would be handy) and Alte ( rto event) plus more. This share has plenty of upward potential. Need to get the spread sorted. Very handy getting the divi gives me some funds and enables me to hold onto my existing shares for longer.

Prim also has Fresho where a floatation event may happen in due course which will be worth several million to Prim. Getting funds from Payapps has come at a very crucial time for existing shareholders and I'm surprised the SP isn't much higher. Rupert who owns approx 24% of Prim ( which dwarfs my nearly 3%) plus completed a capital reorganisation of the shares think that is important here for some of the funds. Will we see some share buybacks? Anyone know why it may be important?

Remember on this one we still have an investment in the remaining part of Payapps which will be sold. We also have several million in Fresho which is a sucessful company we have 1 mill in ALTE which is in the middme of a RTO, plus Engage etc etc etc

I,m confident that Rupert will do his best for shareholders just hope any investments are near term or a special situation.

Not going to bother with the SFO, they won't touch something like this, probably refer you onto someone else and you will end in circles.

The only real option is a class action which either needs SH funding or a no win no fee solicitor if one can be found. If Amit is wealthly and still has available funds game on, if not it's a no go.

We aren't getting a pay out, been obvious for quite a while.

I really don't know why people are discussing payments etc, this company is a scam, Amit is taking the Pi55 at shareholders and we are giving him a platform to potentially sell more shares, can't see any other reason for him continuing with the scam unless the website has been hacked by some cruel person.

No payment will happen

No commercial viable product hence no sale

No agents to contact platforms

No money in Escrow

This is a fraud and is only drawn out to suck more money from already duped people.

Considering putting some money on the table and some of my time within a small group, to trace posters to get the full story and try and get to the truth or prove fraud. Can I ask if anyone knows if Amit has any wealth ? Or owns any other companies ? Any knowledge not guesswork would be appreciated.

Purchased 100k shares yesterday at 2.7p thought why not. Not been an easy time for most I would guess. Happy to hold until this story plays out. I would suggest some buy backs would be in order, rather than invest into some obscure investment via a contact etc.lets hope Weshop or Fresho float to really value Primorus cause we sure are undervalued at the moment.

Not a bad purchase 825,000 obviously done in smaller trades over a period of time rather that one large transaction, proves the shares at the moment are in small supply. Any news of a Fresho ipo etc will put a rocket under the SP. Or even ipo news etc on Engage or Payapps or any takeovers. Wonfer what's going on re Alteration Earth, suely it's about time they did something with the funds they have, seems as though they don't like giving any updates etc, perhaps too sensitive.

We do hold CLN's im BMN, following the change of plans via Mustang but we do need a much higher BMN share price to convert for profit, meanwhile they pay us 10% interest on the outstanding amount.

Yes I do think Primorus are eyeing the bigger fish, will be a very interesting year. I think Fresho is a potential bid target or at least an Ipo which makes our holding valuable.
I don't understand the small trades which recently started ie 222, 444 trades and then sometimes those exact amounts are sold. Are we just being played with. ? Can some enlighten me please..
Ps I think Truspine is a lost cause, Rogue Baron maybe a few yrs away so to tidy up the portfolio never a bad thing.

Think this is more that a sniff of a listing. Putting some dots together Rupert has stated that Primorus would only invest in companies either nearing an Ipo (or similar) or shares where they are already traded or something along these lines. They invested a lot more in May 2022 in Fresho after I believe he said that. Word is that hints are coming from some individuals at Fresho that an ipo is coming which would hopefully give a very decent profit to Primorus. So draw the dots, not that hard.
With the SP undervalued. A large owner holding and a lot of shares in now sticky hands weak sellers getting fewer any small buying demand like over the last few days causes a decent uplift. A decent demand for shares will cause the re-rate to happen, a Fresho takeover or Ipo well thats what we all would like. Then onto the next one.

A massive sign of confidence here with Rupert adding to his substantial holding I also added a bit. Once any weak holder is out if the way the Sp will be at a more realistic level. Sub 3p is ridiculously cheap. Between 3-4 is still cheap. We do need some news on a few things to get a more realistic valuation though.

I was the 500k share purchase, just taking advantage of the cheap shares whilst they are at this undervalued price. That's all. Once this turns people will look back and think Why didn't I buy or add ? Good luck all.

Not much selling this morning only very small investors. Company is now funded to explore further best to hold for the decent gains. May take around 5yrs to get to become a producer, or could be taken over before then a lot of profit and placings along the way if this is going to be big.

No you aren't missing anything at all. Just a lack of buyers and the last CEO & crew selling out following the push by current team. Once people start to notice Prim and how undervalued it is you will see a decent uplift in the SP as there aren't many shares to be had a lot are in safe hands ( including mine just under 3%). We aren't sexy enough for most these days but a safe bet at present for future value. Just need more interest at the moment.

I added 250'000 share to my holding this afternoon and will add some more soon. I'm here for the long hall. Will we see EEE become a producer ? Possibly. Will we be a likely takeover target for a producer who want to become a multi mine producer ? Likely. Will shareholders make money ? Yes definitely from this silly level.
I will be buying along the way. Small chunks at a time.
