Thankyou for your replies re Truspine. I don't have an account with HL. But interesting with what you say Glengarth re ii as I do have a Sipp and isa account with them so will look into doing a trade with them as I think Truspine has some decent growth in them and agree with your very detailed reply thank you.
Re Prim it's nice to see a little bit of an increase so I can only assume that AC has now fully gone so any news update will create some interest in the shares to take us above 4p and beyond. Gla

Yes very reveting, so much so I succumbed to boredom yesterday and purchased some more.
Reckon we will get some movement on license renewal and FID soon which has been a long time coming if good news perhaps a takeover which will be the best thing all round.

Been watching Truspine for quite a while and the sp is on it's floor on a very small level of sales and they are awaiting funds which aren't forthcoming as been delayed by funder. As the stock is on Aquis (god knows why) probably due to funding needs it's hard for normal Pi' s to buy. Anyone managed to buy and who with ? My normal on-line brokers don't deal on Aquis.

Thank you for your reply. I'm holding on for quite a while and not willing to sell mine 3.5 looking for over 6p which is a more realistic value as to where Prim is at currently. The new board will release news when a change happens which will surely create some buying activity in the meantime we will just hover around this price. I'm hoping for news in the next couple of mths with perhaps a decent purchase or a sale of some of our investments which are currently unlisted who knows. What I do know is that we are undervalued and with cash in the bank nearly matching out current mcap it underpins the downside risk so no lose hold I would say at this stage. MM's aren't trying to create a market which is annoying for both sellers and buyers but that will change.

As 3 sales totalling 500k shares were sold today I can only assume that you couldn't wait and decided to sell. News will come at anytime now to warrant new investors coming onboard and enjoy the hopefully bright future ahead and a much higher sp.

Just to add for what it's worth. I use both ig and ii and had to transfer Calidus Shares so asked the same questions to both ig didn't give me confidence I could actually trade Calidus as I got different answers but with ii they gave me confidence and before I transferred a large holding via a Sipp I tested them via an use and brought and sold Calidus without issue and traded live at around midnight so transferred and no problems other than updates during process isn't that informative but it worked.

Most likely to be AC but got bought up this morning once out of the way the SP should find a higher level with new interest. An excellent entry level for new investors mind. Good luck all.

Follow-up meetings have also taken place with Togo Invest Corporation, which is helping to assist the permitting process in Nayéga. “Constructive meetings have been undertaken with the ministries. In the short term, I expect some feedback on what needs to be done to secure the final permit in Nayéga, "said the No.1 Keras Resources. I also transferred to ii. But I had my main holding elsewhere via a Sipp who wouldn't trade in Aussie Land so I opened up a Sipp with ii and arranged an inspecie transfer of Calidus to ii took around 2 mths after transfer had been done I was then asked re cash but I said no thanks I'll keep it where it is. I have purchased Calidus with ii with no problems traded live around midnight opens 11pm for 6 hrs I think. Charges yes are fine and also changed into £'s no problems. Update system doesn't give much info mind.
Nice to see Calidus regaining some ground. Reckon an excellent investment over the next 18mths so intend to hold and add when I can.

Reckon it's a leak of some sorts. Not worth buying anymore at this stage.

Either a large delayed sell which caused the drop or news of a placing. My guess is a sell and as soon as the buys even up the SP will correct upwards. Purchased a million shares without much research.

Think we can safely say that the delayed trade shown for 26th Nov for 1 million shares sold at 3.20p was AC so most he will have left is 3'750'000. Hopefully we will get the sellers out of the way at this low price rather than hamper the SP increase when buyers start to notice PRIM which they will. This is a decent buy & hold now.

So a pathetic response to funding. But markets were spooked overnight and gold came off a bit so Calidus would have probably been down if it wasn't for the funding news with a 5% increase in SP. If Calidus was on the aim no doubt we would have seen a much larger increase but a delayed reaction might come or just a gradual increase. But either way the best 12-24 mth hold I have in my portfolio at the moment. Nothing can stop the pour of gold now. GLA.

Excellent news re recent overhead costs new board for 96k per year and ongoing this is excellent news. Removal from Aquis another cost gone for a pointless listing. I'm sure they will also look at why some of the other investments aren't listing and will help them along if required to help with realizing value. Next RNS please let's get this company noticed.

Wonder if someone like the old guard is/are selling to cause the drop for 3.7 to 3.2 well I'm happy to hold a few more 500'000 shares added at 3.30 know getting close to the 3% notification level.
Prim are valued at close to cash in bank plus investments for free.
20 million shares of GGP were sold at an average of 23.09 for 4.6 million. 140k used to buy out share options of former directors which were at 6p & 8p new directors obviously think the SP will go higher otherwise why bother with buying them out. Now what does the SP value the company at ? I know that's why I am adding.

Basically all we need to know is a simple answer to the following question. What is/are the reasons that we haven't had a permit yet. Simples.
