Why does it matter to Ukog what the current oil price is ? Ukog aren't producing any and they don't look likely to produce any. They just have a non producing asset and after yrs of trying they have only achieved losses and capital raises. Am I wrong ?

I'd be surprised if they just invest into companies where anyone can invest by just buying or selling shares as what's the point ? Perhaps under a capital raise at a discount or to help a company ipo with investment at a discount. Or possibly takeover a company etc etc. Let's see, interesting times ahead and profitable. Engage ipo anyone ???

I'd disagree the 1.25mill trade at 13.38 at 4.20 was most certainly a buy. Another trade around that time was a buy and sells around that time were at a lower price so you wouldn't get a premium for quite a large sell. Good news with the TR1 as they would be in the know as too whether it was a good price to buy. I would say the quarterly review was written so as to not cause the sp to increase at this stage to allow people to gradually load up.

Excellent move. A lot of large sales have been bought up yesterday and today making me believe we have a much larger buyer for the stock. I'm holding mine for £1.50 ish which will be achieved once normality resumes, I may even hold for divi's once they are fully restored. Good luck but luck won't be needed just time.

You will do fine. Just buy & hold thr Nav if this company can't be ignored for even. Reckon people will be pay higher than £1 for shares in a few wks.

I was responsible for most of the sells yesterday . I had 3 accounts where I decided to sell the remainder of my holdings in URU after selling some a couple of wks ago. I don't see a decent future here anymore plus wanted to tidy up my portfolio. Good luck Lth's though.

Excellent move, probably your trade that moved one of the MM's up from 4.5 earlier.
The Mm's don't have much stock and regular buying will move the SP to a more acceptable level quite quickly. Just need some news and coverage to make a major difference. Buying out the share options at 6p and 8p along with the cash in bank just below our market cap and with Rupert holding 20% (recently adding) and all out investments effectively valued for peanuts it all point to a higher SP above 8p and it'll come. Downside well protected with cash in bank. One day we will get noticed.
The Primorus website needs an update though.

Thanks for posting your thoughts, interesting stuff. Hopefully we will get an update soon. As Rupert added more recently and now holding 20% that's confidence for you and with the share options bought out at 6p and 8p I think we can guess where he is taking us. Looking forward to the ride

I get what they are but what is the relevance to Primorus ? Care to expand on your reason for posting ?

Looking at the trades today. We have 2 x 500k shares at 4.015 and one at 372k at 4.015 where smaller buys are at 4.18 and sells at 3.77. Normally with a larger buy you are more likely to pay a premium but they were traded at a discount. So someone is adding and not finished or a new buyer on special terms. Interesting trades. Side note the Mm's really need to up there game here and reduce spread to encourage trading.
I expect an update soon so shareholders know what is going up but I do suspect Lock down etc is affecting this somewhat.
I'm not selling one share of mine keeping just below 3% for now.

My Opinion is that a sale will occur shortly after FID as like you I strongly believe Crown will not was to take Bowleven into production. I reckon confirmation of license renewal which is due soon which will propel sp above 10p then increase with FID to above 20p due to extra 25million in bank then gradual increase towards 25p with a buy out price a lot higher. Our m/cap is far to low at present sp so I've been adding and won't be selling for the end buy out.
With regards to the options I don't know I'm afraid but good question.

Well 7p now printed but only allowing small trades so still not much stock around. The mm's aren't doing us any favours at the moment by not trying to create a market. The major uplift will be news driven. 8p to be printed before news next week or week after. GLA.

Not that many shares available to buy , I reckon with continued buying pressure we will see 7p printed soon possibly tomorrow. We have two pieces of news which could potentially propel the sp back to where it belongs. News due on confirmation of License renewal and FID which is the big one. If we get positive FID which is due soon the massively undervaluation of BLVN will be no more. Good luck all.

That's bad luck but I do remember most crashes well. And been hurt along the way. I never tend to invest in bubbles more individual companies which for one reason or another are undervalued and hopefully value will come (Prim a fine example) this time I am loaded in shorts to protect myself. It's a good time to take some money off the table I have been doing so particularly with riskier companies on any spike and glad when Prim sold GGP. Like you as I said before when friends and neighbours start talking easy profits etc we know the time is near for the bubbles to burst. Good luck. Due to Covid 19 with the country being effectively at a standstill this Sector is unloved at the moment hence the low sp. Money is currently in resources and crypto creating a bubble. Now when we have herd immunity the country can get back to normal and the commercial sector will rebound and be a great income producing asset again and valuations much higher. But I am buying now whilst valuations are cheap, the directors see it hence the buying. U&I are undervalued with plenty of projects on the go to release future profits. A no brainer here. This sector has to rebound and it's beginning too.

Funny you say that as I feel exactly the same and Feb up when people who know nothing mention Bitcoin. Currently I'm short on Bitcoin and have also taken out shorts on some of the indices to protect my overall portfolio and not fully invested awaiting the fall.

Good move, think Truspine will take off during this year and down on little volume. Purchased 7.5 k worth today at 9.4 to tuck away for a few months. At least Primorus is looking much better hoping for 8p on that one over the next 12-18 mths. Good luck

So that's the reason for the rise. Excellent news the new guys have now looked closely at the company and Rupert decides to add to his already large holding to take it now to 20% of the company that's a sure sign of confidence. Also with the fact that the share options at 6p & 8p owned by previous directors were bought out by the new directors for cash now all signs are clear that an sp above 8p is anticipated in the future otherwise why buy them out.
I'm holding just below 3% and not selling any until a much higher sp. News will come soon re new investments and that will be interesting.

So annoying that the mm's job is to create a market to buy and sell shares. Quoting 5.16 v 6.5 isn't doing that in the slightest. Seen it so many times before. Okay you can currently buy at 5.7 even though it's advertised at 6.5 so why not just advertise the fact it's 5.70 and not 6.5.
Anyway short term doesn't matter we will soon be a lot higher with FID more likely to be 20p
