Think we can safely say that the delayed trade shown for 26th Nov for 1 million shares sold at 3.20p was AC so most he will have left is 3'750'000. Hopefully we will get the sellers out of the way at this low price rather than hamper the SP increase when buyers start to notice PRIM which they will. This is a decent buy & hold now.
So a pathetic response to funding. But markets were spooked overnight and gold came off a bit so Calidus would have probably been down if it wasn't for the funding news with a 5% increase in SP. If Calidus was on the aim no doubt we would have seen a much larger increase but a delayed reaction might come or just a gradual increase. But either way the best 12-24 mth hold I have in my portfolio at the moment. Nothing can stop the pour of gold now. GLA.
Excellent news re recent overhead costs new board for 96k per year and ongoing this is excellent news. Removal from Aquis another cost gone for a pointless listing. I'm sure they will also look at why some of the other investments aren't listing and will help them along if required to help with realizing value. Next RNS please let's get this company noticed.
Wonder if someone like the old guard is/are selling to cause the drop for 3.7 to 3.2 well I'm happy to hold a few more 500'000 shares added at 3.30 know getting close to the 3% notification level.
Prim are valued at close to cash in bank plus investments for free.
20 million shares of GGP were sold at an average of 23.09 for 4.6 million. 140k used to buy out share options of former directors which were at 6p & 8p new directors obviously think the SP will go higher otherwise why bother with buying them out. Now what does the SP value the company at ? I know that's why I am adding.

The 47million euro loan due April 2021 has already been negotiated to April 2024.
Re New Board.
Firstly I welcome the sale of GGP which I have said before paper profit is just that until sold. Job done the new board prompted that.
Existing board gone, time will tell whether that is good or bad but high salaries if old board just to invest money if it wasn't for Greatland Gold Prim wouldn't have much to show for it at this stage (cash in bank) but having said that they still have great potential returns in existing portfolio but that's in the future.
Re Share options the only way they are worth paying for cancellation is if the new board thinks the sp will be far higher than 6p or 8p otherwise they are worthless and that's a gamble without knowing the full story and the new board do know what the realistic aim is. So the new board pay £140k for something that is only worthwhile if the sp is above say 8p why would they do it ???? Unless they think the SP will be above 8p in due course. That is what I am thinking. So I'm holding all if my shares for that to be achieved and then to rethink at that stage.
Good luck all
AC would be daft to sell at these levels. Why would he.?
Based on current sp.
Market cap £5 million
Unallocated cash £4.6 million.
So for £400'000 we get as below
Current investments
Zuuse 2'057'000 shares plus 1mill options
Fresho
Engage
Weshop
Truspine
Sport:80
Stream TV
Soa Energy
Nomads Energy
Now if I was a company looking to take over Primorus I think my bid would need to be around 6p or more with all that cash in the bank.
The new board have fresh ideas to get the value of Primorus to true value so watch this space.

No. The sale of the GGP shares weren't sold out of spite it was to realize gains from a paper profit into actual cash in the bank. And fully supported it was a very sensible thing to do.
Surprised AC is going but onwards and upwards from this point.
With all those millions from the sale of GGP and the current state of our SP which didn't move much following the sale something needs to change . How about paying out a special divi ? Or at least share buy backs which the board already have approval for which was Rns'd before. We need some news here about the recent board changes and remunerations to get investors to buy.
Market cap far less than cash in the bank excluding all the other investments yet someone is selling. Why ? stupidity or forced selling. This in now a no brainer for a decent profit. I'm not concerned re SP movements short term and did add today. But why on earth would someone sell.?

The trade in question was a UT trade
At the closing of the auction the bids/offers are frozen and an attempt is made to match as many shares to be sold against shares to be bought - the result of this is what is known as the 'Uncrossing Trade' (UT).
As the changes have now been confirmed let's see how this turns round first I want to see is reduced costs and most of the GGP profit banked if not all and get this SP to a sensible level.
Reckon now is the last chance to buy cheap Prim shares. I have enough myself.
Good luck all including the new board.
A fantastic way to add to GGP in a discounted way. We have loads of other investments like Engage. I see fair value more like 6p. Just need the new guys to work some magic and get the news flow and value out. I.ve added 262385 shares at 3.17p to add to my holding just taking shares from the impatient. Prepared to hold for a while to see the outcome. Can't see the Sp going any lower but if it does I'll get some more cheap GGP shares via Prim with the other investments they have for free.
Re Calidus my last remaining transfer has now completed Sipp (one line of stock) transfer to ii from a broker who was unable to trade in Aussie Land. I like ii as I can trade via my app when markets open currently midnight. I have purchased some and sold some 2day settlement. (To test before any transfers) Costs to transfer was £150 by my overall Sipp company (whole of market share dealing option) no loss of shares or broker charges.
Re outlook for Calidus I do my research and believe most of the fund raising will be completed this year and not by share dilution and SP will be higher by Xmas as Dave hinted in interview and resources will increase overtime and SP will be 2-3 times higher at production which is only 12-18 mths away as Dave also hinted.
I have a sizeable holding and do not intend to sell any until that happens.
Good luck all.
