Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Pennydealer has been hanging around this board for ages like a bad smell giving us mere mortals investment advice only problem is I don't think anyone listens. Pennydealer are you someone who lost your shirt/blouse at some point so you are bitter now ?
So Pennydealer if I purchased a 50% share in a company which is trading but doesn't have a stock market listing does it mean that my 50% share is worth zero ? Talk sense please. You have a massive vendeta against Gun care to share ?
Well I'm not selling any, it would be financial suicide to sell shares at a 30% discount. I would give someone let's say £1'000 and get £700 back that's basically what someone would be doing if they sold.
Based on The RNS and figs at Dec. Assets worth 9.4mill (including cash (4.67mil) but not all value has probably been calculate current market cap £7mil. Since then we have Mustang which I believe will be fantastic arrangement and once Mustang gets re-listed in the next few mths the value will start to be seen, plus potential of decent growth from Fresho, Engage and Zusse. So believe we should be trading at a premium. Look at some of these companies valued on thin air investors pile in on guesswork etc etc. With Primorus you don't have thin air. What a company to be involved in. I reckon 7p by end of the year min 6p.
Good luck all.
Just purchased 32411 shares at 46p which due to current bid/offer spread is showing as a sell.
Yes now is an excellent time to purchase will be over 2p again soon.
Don't listen to Pennydealer he/she or another gender has a massive ace to grintd and is unable to move on. I seem to recall Pennydealer saying bitcoin was a better bet when bitcoin was above 50'000 look at it now.
Nope not just you. Me as well. Calidus will come good within 12 mths just buy if you can or hold and don't look at the Sp for the next few mths and you will be pleasantly surprised in 12mths or a TO offer will come beforehand.
Well I'm staying put. No Serious holder has sold looking at the size of trades since the RNS. Mustang are now suspended due to the Rto so we await further news. It would be handy if Rupert puts some sort of release giving more info behind the reasons/ expectations unless director purchases are not complete yet. This is very interesting and a few companies are very complex at the beginning when trying to raise funds and go from private to listing a lot if fingers in the pie's at the early stages and then it becomes clearer as time progresses. Not many shares in free float so small sells or buys could move the sp so best to hold tightly for the decent returns.Good luck all.
Yes Richemondo I believe you have it spot on. I don't think it's going to be another GGP but you never know. It's going to be interesting that's for sure, just think any sellers or Primorus will be regretting it over the next few wks. I've studied the RNS and yes it's a bit drawn out but the way I see it is the same as yourself.
Well I haven't sold a share, still holding just below the 3% threshold. Been too quiet at the moment we could do with some news. But I feel that accumulation is still taking place hence the period of no news, once that has completed we will hear of the plans in great detail and I strongly believe we will do some sort of RTO or bring a private company to the market via the SPAC's with or without fundraising.
Exciting times ahead just a waiting game.
Yes someone is adding in the background. But we also have a seller (more fool them) we are still under the radar which is good as we don't want a pump & dump leave that to the Ukog's of this world. Looking forward here to the news which will drive the sp moving forward.
I'm thinking this sell off is general sentiment at the moment and could go a tad lower but more likely to settle around this mark and then go back to much higher prices. So added 405'235 shares at 2.464 which I consider to be a wise investment for the medium to long term.

How can you say it was a mistake to sell GGP perhaps you need to do a bit more research on Primorus. They actually sold £4'600'000 worth at an average sp of 23.09 current bid price of GGP is 20.05 so I don't agree. Plenty of other opportunities around. I believe they have already got a plan and looking at share option prices they recently launched for themselves not forgetting the one's they cancelled to benefit previous management they have something far better to uplift the SP.
And obviously 15-3-2021.
Just a bit of profit taking or trading by someone after the recent rise. A lot of shares are in sticky hands including mine (Just below 3%). Hopefully news won't be too far off. Hoping for a decent RTO or a purchase of a private company to use the SPAC's to laugh onto the market and some extra funding to create something big. Engage is a company of interest to Prim so would expect some news on that one in due course.

Quite agree, took a while must admit , I,ve been watching Level 2 for several days and we are now trading at a slightly higher level yesterday and today. With the improving economy a sp over £1 Will be acheived soon then on towards the Nav still a bargain at these prices rather than loads of overvalued companies elsewhere.
