Chuggers - some derampers on Advfn spend £6.99 a month JUST to sit and **** off TERN, they post no where else and pay the subscription so they can’t be banned. Insane.

Clearly some serious motives & it certainly isn’t because they’re all nice people.

Same ilk as G.Rees, will say anything no matter how far fetched, just to discredit tern. Why ?

Anyone remember MCC when all short term pi traders were bought up by that institution and it went from 2p to 50p over around 6 weeks.. moved quicker and got faster as the weeks went on.

Lets hope whoever is on the case here is in a hurry and happy to bid WAY higher.

This buying and mopping up of all big trades has been going on for weeks... we could take a break, big money doesn't spook the market and buy aggressively, but they will clearly buy any volume that gets sold... Were still buying yesterday at 12.5 & 13p and you can guarantee they aren't doing that to offload at the 16p spike & are buying for a reason.

Anyone holding this for 1/2/3/4 weeks will make very healthy profit, Rome wasn't built in a day.

All the sellers have gone... as dry as a nuns **** ... if our buyer who has clearly been taking all stock carries on, this is going WAY higher short term.

Finally we have got rid of all those pathetic 8-11p traders. People in now aren’t holding for a 14p spike.

DA has had one of MicroSoft's exec's call KS "Awesome" & the "Glue that holds the IoT together" ... DA has more recently appointed one of MS's previous advisors to the Board....

How many companies on the market have this kind of offering ? For £40m (one of 5 cutting edge technologies).

If this were listed in the US it would be valued at many multiples of this just based on its partners & the states hunger for technology stocks.

If there is something more to this rise than someone just buying all the loose stock up... fully expect the volume to pick up as the weeks continue.

Can't knock a man for making profit.

This isn't usual trading tho.. When Tern spikes it does it fast as the book becomes so full of sellers that it doesn't stay up long... There is clearly someone or some people in the background buying the stock up and it would seem, in a fairly big rush to do so.
If they weren't in a hurry they could have easily let this drift to 7p again over the proceeding weeks, after the recent results but have been bidding for everything that gets sold.

We had the biggest day of volume ever a few weeks ago and a 1m trade through at above the ask around 10 days ago.

DA recently appointed an MS affiliate / employee... not often you see board swaps as they try and housekeep before some major internal adjustments etc ;)

Irrelevant if DA are being bought or not... TERN have 2 investments which underpin the Mcap at this level InVMA and FVR both could be worth £40m EACH..

Its seriously undervalued & someone either knows what's coming or knows its ridiculously cheap.

Once we have cleared all of those 8-12p spike traders. They're either locked out or buying back in higher, some maybe even have shorts to close... Shares moving to VERY sticky hands and selling drying up... PoP.

Wonder at what price our buyers are happy to keep buying till... over that 16.4p close on the weekly candle tomorrow would be absolutely banging.

geeforce - They are clearly already playing with the big boys in their own way. Their partners, MS recognition and adoption. As we have discussed many times on here, it is not all about profit.

antelope - Don't get me wrong, I want the upper end of any valuation, I just think there are arguments for and against such a huge sum being paid & I swey with the more cautious approach given as geeforce has stated they have never managed to secure corporate investments at huge sums.

Also appreciate the past does not make the future set in stone.

I wouldn't be disappointed with 30p per share for DA with FVR and WYLD still in the game.

For balance - Do think there is a distinct possibility that DA was ahead of its time and it is only in recent times that IoT security has become such a necessity.. as the IoT space becomes more widely accepted. there is a lot more publicity on the net surrounding IoT breaches of security.

So yeah despite your statement being true that doesn't mean that is still the case.

It still needs MS ... it will work in other areas but it is worth what it is worth despite generating little by the way of revenues because it works on MS's platform which is the biggest platform in the IoT space. Without MS DA would not be worth as much.

If you could remove DA from MS and as a standalone software it wouldn't effect DA's valuation then I would agree with Rhodi's stance in what it could be bought for but that isn't the case. DA needs MS.
