Honestly our ceo might be good at picking investments & paying himself well but he is NOT a good plc chief exec. Useless infact, worst I’ve ever come across.

We’ve only just cleared the placing so inevitable we’ll see some flippers that held out for profit. All good.

They had £2.15 million as of December. And the burn rate is about 150k a month.

I agree. Very possible. Worth us trying to hunt out the subsidies & the accounts of them as it might refer to related party loans etc which would indicate a connection to the board.

30th of June is the deadline tho 4corners... I agree seems unlikely to go to the wire but it could be another 6-8 weeks away.

Wonder if we will get some kind of announcement as they are doing the book build or if we will hear of afterwards.

Well I got a really honest vibe from Tim... I just mentioned that the rumours on ADVFN regarding a placing (likely from the usual lot) and he said this is 100% false there is no contemplation for a placing anytime soon.

To be fair... They had as at the FY results £2,130,166 in cash. (December)

Administration costs were £1,341,802 + £206,845 other expenses = around £1.5m for the full year to end of December.

Provided AS doesn't suddenly get turned on for another 8 year investment in the blink of an eye it does seem pretty safe for the next few months at least and really they have enough cash to run for the next 12 months if they don't make any more purchases.

Surely AS has to realise to date as far as company success goes - he hasn't delivered anything yet...

I mentioned to Tim last night also that I cannot understand why AS insists on keeping the price low... as we all know companies need money, but raising money at a higher valuation is beneficial for not only shareholders & bank account but also the companies' publicity etc. No reply on that one but at least i have put it out there.

It certainly settled some nerves for me given this is AS usual sit on the share price zone sadly this is what has lost all faith in the market.

Been some damn chunky buying last few weeks... Probably the Rothchilds I suspect they love a bit of insider lol

Care to elaborate on this one ? There are no rules that stipulate anything of the kind.

As could very well do another placing at 7.5p if he could get people to support it ... that’s not against any rules whatsoever.

Also I appreciate your opinion on AS and if he delivers then ofc I agree, deserves his wage and some, until then and until he delivers value for people who supported him for 5/6+ years. I’ll reserve my judgement.

I agree with you, increased interest & lots of disable buys been going through.

5.8p / 6p is the new bottom so minimal risk from here... even if AAL pulled out, deep drilling results & sale of casa underpins this going into the teens.

Waiting for a final flush lower to take some more & annoyingly.... it’s gone the wrong way, lol. still, nice to see it up, hardly surprising as the weeks continue to pass.

If IoT security had of mattered as much 10 years ago as it does now... If in 2008 / 2010 DA had of done a webinar with Microsoft, one of the biggest companies in the world and they had of given DA their vote of confidence.. Imagine where the price would be ?
