It is the fickle nature of the beast in this game, fortunes are made and lost as are reputations, with the drop of a hat. I’m sure he’s been round the block enough to know it doesn’t matter to him.

One does wonder what his motives are for placing at such an utterly s**te level so often... there is the possibility he is a bit of a control freak (my bros a tech head and he certainly is lol) equally, perhaps before a sale he has always wanted to allow people in at a reduced price , friends, family etc.

It certainly isn’t acting in the best interests of us lot holding tho & anyone who says otherwise is deluded.

The other end of the argument ofc is 50m shares isn’t many in the grand scheme of things, we’re talking pounds & multiple across the portfolio, DA fvr and wyld should see this well into the pounds especially with the recent developments in the USA and the IOT security Bill.

According to Microsoft we own 58% of the glue which holds iot together.

And for these reasons, we all have a good whinge but are waiting for our £200/500k / £1m+ paydays & we continue to hold.

If ANY holders vote for allowing them to dilute shares at any price.... after 6 years of holding this and being diluted..... they need their fooking heads checking!!

I don’t think voting in favour should be put forward on trust... it’s business & it’s our company & reassurance would do the world of good for our shareprice.

It can go down as deferred tax antelope and then goes down under your liabilities - wether we like it or not, if value increases, we have to pay tax, announcing it and deferring it as it’s not liquidated is no different to announcing it at a later date.

Not to mention. Placings have been done higher than this before... the only real reason I can think of for him to keep it low is as he wants an impressive mark up on a sale for his own ego.

There are no other justifiable reasons & rhodi is right, it’s not in our interests, but there’s no way of proving it.

So imo. Preempt the fact that he has done it far to many times & either they agree at only small % off the vwap or it gets voted down.

I also actually agree that they need to be able to issue shares... what I don’t agree with is AS determined to keep the nav at 7.3p and raising at a stupid discounts.

It is madness. 10m shares at 50p raises £5m

10m shares at 7p raises £700k

As soon as they arn’t allowed it issue the price rises... as far as I’m concerned they need to commit to “not screwing over their shareholders”

We need to tell them we don’t want cheap bucket shop placings so they can continue to rinse a fat wage. Any placing should be done @ no more than 5/10% discount to the sp... not 40/50% as we saw last year!!

Currently. The ball is in our court but if shareholders don’t put to the board that they must not screw us over so AS can spend more of other people’s money.

Anyone who thinks a letter to the Lse about a placing after the placing is going to do anything but make them all laugh, is completely tripping. (With respect)

1. The Lse don’t care about anything but their reputation at face value.

2. There are no rules that the mgmt can’t place under 30p, there is nothing anyone could do nore would the Lse give a s**t. Have you not seen the number of bucket shop ponzi’s on the market ??

3. Would it not be better to tell the board they cannot place below 30p ............. before voting it through ?? Ie: an amended resolution ??

As someone quite rightly pointed out the other day... it takes 6-12-18 months for shares to peak properly.

OFC all of us would like to sell the very top and buy back at the bottom with our full holding, but it's so much harder to do when its a conviction play... and I am, like you lot, convinced.

Personally I'm building up more shares in the peaks and troughs (not trading many) and have no intentions of going anywhere. sad to see thousands disappear but it softens the blow when it goes back to the same price and you've made even more.

Nothing goes up in a straight line & despite very few pi's having a decent understanding of TERN we've seen some incredible price action recently that has had nothing to do with Pi's... someone / people / insti's have clearly been buying & lots of it.

& yesterdays RNS really could have been because they couldn't let the cat out of the bag... had we have done 38% instead of the 44% on Friday we might not have had it so soon.

Humbo it's the very fact that this bb isn't filled with loads of morons tapping their noses saying the likes of "you just wait - read between the lines" ... "someone on telegram says they have an unkle who works for Microsoft, and this is looking good, can't say anymore" etc that should give one confidence.

The company increased its Market cap by 200% £55m+ in a few weeks based on almost nothing but imo some rather savvy money knowing exactly what they are buying.

Personally I hate it when the herd turns up and frankly... if it is a good investment and you understand what to invest in... it can only be seen as a positive.

Wondering what it’ll dip (if at all) too before going to the moon via Mars ahead of it’s trip round Jupiter...
