For the last 3 months we’ve seen serious buying... that’s the reason we’ve risen from the 3 year trend, someone has been happily been buying all the stock.

1/2 months ago there was no intention of a placing.... now imo, clearly there is, noticed the increased level of selling.

“If” those same people were buying for a reason (clearly) and it gets voted down, they’ve been selling, they don’t get the placing that was promised.

What price do they have to buy back in at ???

The power is in investors hands.

Always have so much more power than they realise.

Consider this.

You vote NO & the company make out that they couldn't carry on... (clearly they can, they could stop bleeding it for stupid amounts monthly to buy the mrs new shoes, they could put resolutions in place to sort it out and fix it) but they don't why? because they never had best intentions in mind and didn't care.

Or..

We vote NO and everything is fine.. they sort it out and finally listen to the people who have been paying their wages for the last 8 years.

Either way the right thing will happen....

Yes if they can’t stop taking a fat wage for a month while we wait to vote on another egm it certainly won’t be investors fault.

Again, if there intentions are nothing but genuine and they only ever want the best for the company and it’s shareholders. There’s nothing to worry about as they will do the right thing.

The guys on ADVFN are the most deluded investors I’ve ever come across tbh (honestly wouldn’t surprise me if they worked for the company) I can’t even bare to read it anymore.

Jonny no it doesn’t mean there will be a placing for sure, but given Al Sisto’s previous form of placing whenever the share price has risen, is why it causes concern.

As soon as that was removed it did 130%.

As we have been saying for ages.... if he resigned, this would fly.

Rhodi - thing is when we have a ceo who said re evaluation event by end of Q1 and nothing comes, to that accord when it does revalue itself he puts the breaks on, one runs out of positive possibilities.

Look at all the evidence... every time the share price has gone up Al Sisto has done a placing... yet people think "this time will be different" ... despite the fact for the first time in 3 years the share price went over a certain level and they quickly rushed the RNS to allow... placings.

If this is different as people are clearly just assuming... The can add it into the resolutions, publicly.

I seriously question Al Sistos motives on many levels to the degree that sometimes greesyboy will say something and I'll think, "TBH the evidence doesn't completely void it as false." I certainly don't trust him.

Antelope I agree with most of the things you say but i'm sorry on this occasion I disagree wholeheartedly.

The have well over 1m in cash, they are not on the brink AND all they have to do is guarantee us they are not going to do placings at stupid discounts... last yeah Al Sisto pumped pthis share price up to 16p and then placed ... guess what price ? 7.5p.

As the old saying goes... doing something more than twice and expecting a different result is utter madness.

All they have to do is say they are not placing below a certain level and everyone votes it through... if they had no intentions of doing this then, where is the problem... if they do... anyone voting it through is a mug.

The whole point of EGM's and AGM's etc is to give power to shareholders... not to drop your soap in the shower and happily accept your fate.

A company / technology with a secure blu chip client base- that can be adapted and scaled on huge scale, reoccurring revenue, in markets that don’t fluctuate in price and are providing standards set by governments with big margins etc... would defo command a PE higher than 20
