It's been the same for months re the PA. all the sellers have been mopped up continuously by a very hungry buyer, or two.

Only Thursday last week we were discussing the benefits and negatives of the herd arriving - I think we've seen it in full action Friday... Now that they've all fe cked off (good riddance) normal service will resume and our buyer will i am sure, keep at it.

The executive order is in place in less than a week and DA have the offering.
