It would appear that the deal is frozen in the Office of Foreign Asset Control. Currently deals are being completed at over three thousand per acre in the Beetaloo as evidenced by Daly Waters deal with Impex. A further extension of this agreement with Tamboran only serves to disenfranchise the Falcon shareholders. The BOD should be removed and a caretaker board installed to negotiate a deal that properly ensures fair treatment for all of the shareholders
