It appears from the court documents that POQ had been negotiating with two other parties for a deal? Why were we not informed about this? As well how is it that Cavendish put out an opinion or recommendation of value of 37.5 pence based on the 500 metre well if it achieved 3 million cubic feet per day and it actually did about 7 million cubic feet per day and feels via an oral opinion that this is a fair deal for us? Additionally POQ’s own presentation at the last Annual Meeting indicated a value of between $700 and $7000 per acre for our acreage? WTF?
