Firstly let me say that I mean no disrespect to Irish people. I truth be known do have some Irish ancestry in me. Second as for me being an idiot I don’t think so and most that know me well would attest to this. As for the Leprechaun comment this refers to how OUR company has been managed. I find it very troubling that POQ was talking about $500 usd for Tamboran in the Investor Meet sessions and privately talking north of $1000 per acre. Why in the world should we be happy with this? As well the news on flow rates is being held back until the spring when then the acreage will be even more valuable. These are my concerns and it is not the thinking of an idiot but rather one who is sick and tired of the deception. Just think about the stock performance after the SSH1 results which stunned most! Oh and how about the skin issue where we were promised answers which never came to fruition

I have a tough time believing POQ was asleep at the switch here. While I don’t care for him personally I don’t think he is that stupid to miss this. After all he has not had that much to occupy his time while being well compensated. This latest turn of events just backs up my thinking about him. But what should one expect from a guy from Carlow anyway.

My thoughts are as follows. POQ and the BOD have a fiduciary duty to us the shareholders. He goal should be to maximize our value. If he wants to sell why not hire RBC or another firm to seek competitive bids from other interested parties like Impec Adnoc Exxon Shelll Cnooc the folks in Kuwait and so on. It’s a pretty big list. Instead he has become lapdog for BS with his nose right in a portion of BS’s anatomy

For those of you who are wondering why I think this is a bad deal just think back on the May Investor Meeting. POQ was asked about the stock and he stated openly that he thought a Farm Down agreement would be for at least $500 usd per acre. I have heard from a source close to him that he expects north of $1000 per acre. So why should we agree to buyout at $169 per acre from TBN. They know we will be worth so much more once flow rates and a farm down is announced. The timing of this is quite propitious

This message is for B2B & Oleo. I think the time has come for action to be taken to stop what appears to be skullduggery. Paul maybe with your experience we can make a motion to the regulatory authorities on both sides of the pond to investigate this nonsense and force a solution which is agreeable to all. I am more than willing to accept some direction here. Let’s talk in the morning. Please call me around 5 am my time and work on a plan. It’s clear to me that the board needs to be removed.

Maybe Philip you should take your own advice and head on down to Costco for the deal on tissues as you may need them if the courts can see that you may be in breach of your fiduciary duties and thus face having your options cancelled as well as your parking place

It all comes down to show us the money honey. A higher ratio is fine provided that it gives fair value to the acreage which is probably worth more like 7000 percent acre at this point. In a competitive process the majors or super majors will set the price and then all of the fog shareholders can be satisfied that they are getting fair value for their pain and suffering under POQ’s stewardship

Since I hold influence over 5.5 percent of the stock I will be recommending a no vote here. I would encourage others to do the same. I think at this point it is obvious that POQ is not acting in the interests of all the shareholders. I think we will need to seek a legal remedy to this situation. I think the courts will need to install a caretaker regime to guide Falcon through an orderly bidding process

This deal is way too cheap. Philip you may recall that in July 2017 you gave a presentation at Woodstock Ontario in which you stated before an audience of 40 people that we should expect a takeover of about 3 to 4 billion dollars USD. Well the news has only gotten much better since the initial flow on Amungee 1 so a much higher number would seem more appropriate

I doubt very much that all of the BOD voted on this as director Greg Smith has been hospitalized for some time following a motorcycle accident. His injuries are quite serious and he has suffered cognitive impairment so I don’t think could be expected to vote given his current condition
