SPOT ON. Those idiots are panicking now. They were probably existing holders who caught the 95% loss since the nasty surprise the other week and doubled down. LOL. They've lost almost everything.

It's not a punt you clown. This company is screwed and I said that a year ago. Even I didn't think they would screw up this much though, thought they were a dud, not dead. But now they are.

I knew last year when the shares were 29p (off the top of my head) that AGFX was a crock. As I remember then, the CEO and CTO disappear in short order to be replaced by these fools and with no real comment from anyone in the press. Huge huge read flag and no one wanted to discuss it.

Shareholders will get back 10% of what they have now if anything after the coming rights issue.

Argentex has zero credibility now and will fail. No competitor like Alpha Group International would come to the rescue?. Why would they? These are rotten to the core and the employees are useless and demotivated and the business is broken. Alpha don't need to buy them, because Argentex will simply just fail.

the earnings call was *******s. their competitors are far better run. they don't have the right culture and simply opening up offices overseas means zero. it takes a proper culture with excellent motivated staff to build up business overseas. they will fail here. alpha for instance are light years ahead. they don't have the critical mass to do it.

i was saying when they were over 80p they were a crock. how the hell can the previous ceo and cfo leave so suddenly and that not mean a huge red flag? yet practically no one commented on it. because they dare not comment on it as it would contribute to a further share price slide.

message board posts will hasten the fall of the share because they are a minnow at 29 pence and a £35m market cap, and so will be heavily affected by negative posts. the root cause is of course the terrible state they are in.

they are so far behind. they talk nonsense. it's over for shareholders. sell while you can. these will be taken private for nothing soon enough.

before being taken private for practically nothing though, they will have rinse shareholders once last time in a highly dilutive rights issue.

On 28th November I said :

"Wow - the CFO and the CEO gone. This one is done for, I reckon the share price will halve again over the next few months."

The share price then was 80p.

The share price is now 36p !

Now we can see the total shambles that is AGFX. Alpha Group are the top dog and were onto alternative banking a few years ago now and infinitely better than this. Equals looks okay, and certainly far better than this too.

If the CEO and CFO go in short order like that the flag is HUGE and very very red.

Sold my shares years ago, and my loss was modest on a percentage and absolute basis compared to many here, but for what it's worth I think Draper et al are complete scum and I hope that you all are collectively successful in your efforts to end that complete POS scumbag smug little C***.

Share tippers, people like Tom W, market makers, Twitter wallies etc were not the root cause of the problem. The real enemy was only ever that lying shyster Draper.

I said countless times this was a POS but certain individuals wouldn't have it and defended Draper. Blamed market makers with the usual BS phrases like "shenanigans" or "walking down the share price" or these mysterious "shorters". You couldn't make it up. Finally they see Draper for what he is. Tom Winnifrith was right and AIM holders hate it when he sniffs out bad company after bad company.

Nope, I'm neither me ol' mucker, and it was only a month ago you wrote the above quote.

The reason is you just wouldn't have it that BIDS was a dud - it was pointed out ad infinitum over the last 4 years by Helx, Girdz et al but you attacked and couldn't provide a rational numerical analysis at any point to back up the investment case. All you could spout was qualitative marketing sales BS from Draper with greedy eyes. Loss making AIM shares will lose you all your money. AIM itself should be shut down in its current regulatory form as it allows crooked CEOs to take all the money of greedy foolish people.

So, you lost your money because of Draper, but blamed it on Tom Winnifrith and lost your temper with Girdz and Helx because they kept rightly pointing out Bids was going under. If you keep investing in loss making AIM shares as you are doing you're going to be broke in your old age. I suggest you don't try and pay anyone "a proper visit" - you'll end up inside doing time as well.
