I think the strategy is a sound one so long as there actually is interest from companies to work with NNN in those 7 sectors. That's where Duffin needs to concentrate. Are they actually interested or is it that that just haven't told him to FO forcefully enough? Who knows.

Turning the company into a supplier of nano material rather than finished products means that they can actually achieve this. Most of the problems they have had have been to do with manufacturing and selling a finished product. They can't do it and shouldn't try. leave it to the partner companies.

All in all any company PAYING us to research will probably be able to write off a big chunk through R&D tax credits, so it's no big leap for them to give it ago.
