Well if I were Vols the first thing I'd want to do would be to build up stocks of my existing product. That way if the process of converting the machines took them offline for any time I could still service my existing customers without disruption.
I'd want to make sure all the materials needed to produce then new anti-viral layer were available and that supply of those materials would not suddenly run out. So #NNN would be required to stockpile nano particles and build a bigger nano-particle production line.
I expect this is why the Indian mask deal never went ahead and why we haven't heard much about the other areas for a while. We couldn't provide enough Nano dust to do everything we wanted at once IMHO.
I think Volz are in no rush. The decision has been made to make the move but it needs to be at a pace and at a time that fits in with their business and does not cause significant risk that can't be mitigated properly.
JT in charge is all I need to know. This will be done properly as a Volz project not a repeat of the RMS mask machine saga.

IMHO It would be a smart move to pile all that oil cash into a buyback at these levels, get the SP up, and then let the lender take their Warrants @£0.17 & £0.21 served back out of treasury, flooding cash back into the coffers.

The punchline wasn't the EU dropping the mask mandate..it was that the airlines refuse to abide by that and continue to require masks onboard their planes.

Don't forget they will make the filter media to sell to other manufacturers too. They will be integrated into the supply chain at various levels.

You might think that in the future we will all live in a nudist commune but no-one else does.

The demand for clothes is not going away.

If they could establish that the material is washable then there would be a huge market for antiviral material in everyday clothing.
