Lotto, you're right will take time to fully turn around. Fingers crossed if we get some good figures we might start to see the SP moving in the right direction for a change. I'd like a long term hold here. GLA DYOR

Geocurve consistently increasing revenue for some time but every year they had a 'slow period' over summer. this year they worked right through. Even before this previous BOD said they were expected to break-even H1 2018 which may have been optimistic at the time.
Increased focus of cost cutting (bar exceptional expenses for the new 3d Scanning kit, the cost of which came from the OO).
Closure of the cash hogging training arm.
Interest from big players. More contacts likely.
Good prospects for Gyrometric technology which pays for itself in a day.
Looking forward to the results with a new sense of optimism here.
Great entry point to be had at current SP.

I took it they were involved from the tweet, but I suppose they could just have been a 3rd party present at the briefing for some other reason. Bit of a coincidence though.

I have my fingers crossed here for a good result. Certainly the HH feedback was that the first meeting went very well so I have high hopes for the second.

My money is on Geocurve to pull this off.

Hi Miller1972, not the actual value the 'nominal' value. I'm no expert on this I saw some people on twitter had said so I'm just getting it from there but if the nominal value was 0.1 before then the assumption is that it would be 2p after on a 20-1 consolidation? Maybe I am wrong here?

This would then set a base line under which the company could not issue new shares without getting shareholder agreement to reorganise the share capital.

That was my understanding but maybe something got lost in the translation so don't rely on what I say. GLA DYOR

Thanks Lotto, I didn't have fear of a raising till everyone started talking about it :) It hadn't even crossed my mind as even possible before. I have more faith in TB/NB than previous incumbents to pull it off this time. Cutting the training business must have saved a pretty penny off the bottom line. I'm going to stay positive here. GLA

Thanks Opti, I don't propose to be an expert here but people were saying a while back that the post consolidation shares would have a nominal value of 2p, so any placing would have to be above that level?

Opti/Lotto, where does this rumor of a placing come from?
The final year report in Dec 2017 said they had cash for at least a year. We are only 8 months in and they seem to be getting lots of interest for their services.
Gary needs 2p for his share options a placing now would be hugely risky and in my view would be irresponsible.

I agree med_is; New blue-chip contract could drop at any time and light a fire under the SP, or a Gyrometric deal ditto, but either way the market won't be able to ignore a good set of financial updates if they confirm the turn-around that seems to be happening here. GLA DYOR

@Med_is, previously the half year report has been delivered in September. So if they are sticking to the same timescale we won't have that long to wait now.
