Secondly when the sale of CD4 goes through doesn't that then make the company worth more. It no longer has losses, it has received the money increase in value of company, it also receives stream payment for CD4 tests sold its all positive. Plus profitable remaining part of company Health and Nutrition which was already profitable, will then become more profitable
