Also Caley the fact that directors were willing to continue with a £300,000 a month loss for approx 5 or 6 months would be £1.5m or £1.8m.so knowing this directors must have known that significant payment would be higher, the higher of your figures maybe?

£2.2m from placing, £625,000 from Abingdon plus £1.5m ODX had on 31.March.Equals £14.325m minus four months at £300,000 losses equals just over £13m.
As per TSA in sale of Alva site lateral flow tests will be produced untill Dec 2022.Can these lfts be for Health and Nutrition?
If so new buyer will be producing CD4 tests and paying a Royalty and then Alva site will be producing tests for H and N, untill new factory is opened.?

So that could be your £10m figure to ight and £3m totalling £13m for funds?

So after the significant payment for CD4, I would have thought there would be details of Stream payment. Derampers will try and pick faults (but will no doubt fail.)
