Magmamus what was the sp prior to the RNS that EHGOS finance arrangement is terminated with immediate effect? Definitely not .03p and now take the new 5 b shares conversion for £350,000! You do the maths. Now this is bound to be one more conversion to make the total draw down £2m. Ehhhh dilution leads to sp drop if it makes sense. New contract was for £150,000 as previously announced, but the Friday RNS says £100,000. How much discrepancy and uncertainties and contradictions from our top class BODs???

Latino I now believe that they will draw the full £2m under the arrangement so at least one more tranche. Since the bods have lost all credibility they might even lie to us and draw down more as the facility is there to take. Next thing to question is what is the penalty or exit cost for premature termination of Ehgos agreement??? I think the sp will drop further next week as the initial rise was bears on deception by the bods

Only look at the last three RNSs ( not the TR1) as clear as black and white. I see my investments worthless within a year since Icon took over and beware of pump n dump squad.

BB totally agree with you.., this is confirmation that LR has no consideration and respect to PIs same as before consolidation. I thought we had turned a corner and LR will now start fresh and EUZ will be a totally new company!!!! Big mistakes leopards never change their spits !!!!
