To the good people who read this board and are in contact with the bod, please ask JQ and his team to read this board and they will get an idea what shareholders need to bring back confidence and may prompt them to RNS what would reassure shareholders actual and potential. Even if they have a very solid plan to take this company to the sky at least come and tell us what these conversions are being spent on and what the road map to recovery is. As at this point we do not know which is more dangerous COVID or Icon In the invisible hands of David Sefton!!!!!

Another concern about the last RNS re management of David Sefton media Company into administration. Assuming icon is not financially committed in terms of the liability side of the business. So only management fees receivable which sounds good on paper. The concern is how long before icon start receiving mgt fees? Secondly, are the fees going to be paid or accrued as a debtor payable in the future. Is this debt going to be repaid or Company will end up again into administration. Don’t forget it is David Sefton we are talking here!!!

One would expect as the sp is falling on its face, the directors would at least release news about the development and progress made on the various acquisitions, contracts paid and unpaid, how many hit @infotagion, Alexa progress ..,, any following up on past RNS to at least give shareholders some relief, security and trust that these bod are making a difference. To day traders this might not be as painful but believe it hurts investors. They did not even bother replying to two emails I sent. Painful

We want to know what if David Sefton involvement with ICON and if there iscc vs any financial transaction between the two. If there is then what is it for and how much money involved. They are bleeding us shareholders to infinity we have a right to know. Stop shielding FOR COMMERCIAL REASONS CANNOT BE DISCLOSED.

OilNovice but even if Icon buys a business for One GBP, then Icon will take over the liabilities as well which might be ridiculously high.

It looks like DS is still behind ICON coffers using JQ as his invisible hands. We must surely be paying him a hefty non-disclosed management fee, non-disclosed for commercial reasons.

JQ is a legalised thieve as he is funding David Sefton. That is where our money is going to DS ... soon we will buy his Wife and kids too if the become mo good to him.

It is with deep regrets that I have to inform you that you are failing to deliver shareholders value being at the helm of the company.

I have been investing since the WDC days and have supported the company since the change over to ICON. My investments, like many other investors, have seen dramatic decline in value, some to the tune of 98%. These are not loose change that we have invested in Iconic Labs but huge amounts.

From lack of proper due diligence and death spiral financing and the bad timing of the conversions, the value of our investments is relentlessly getting battered and diluted daily. When investing in Iconic Labs we, as shareholders, were looking for a return on our investments or at least maintaining our value. But it seems there is a lack of shareholder concern from your part and this is clearly a sign of disrespect to us as shareholders.

Shareholders trust in the board of directors is non existent and please read the Iconic Labs discussion boards on LSE and ADVFN to really understand the value shareholders place on the bod.

I sincerely hope you realise the damaged you have caused to investors who believed in you and you genuinely come up to us with explanations, plans and timelines to deliver value, acknowledge the the importance of shareholders and restore trust if that is of any importance to you.

Lost lots of money .... typo

RBL I have been here since wdc as well and lost lost of money. But have a bit of hope to recover my losses and make a nice profit from these lows. DS who Sh4fted this company.

RBL most of the .0183 - .0187 are buys as 3.375m was mine. The lack of info and clarity is an issue I agree and so the debt financing. But on shares like these one can be well surprised and one good result could change the whole game and that is what is keeping me invested here. High Risk vs High Rewards

Buyers are taking advantage of the cheap shares following sellers offloading. I took some myself at .0186 and keep on averaging down. Am now sitting on a sizeable pot. SP might go either way but hope it goes north soon. Let’s hope for some sustainable rise following some progress news and alternative finance deal if possible. That will be mahussive .,..

CHRI5P what you are saying is the price now might be a good entry point for new investors. In case it goes down then the damage might be 25%ish or thereabouts. What about those already holding and 85% loss!!!!!! We have heard it all here jam tomorrow. Especially new investors. Actual LTHs have a different view. I am still posting even though I sold my shares but I do intend to buy back but not in a rush now. I have lost few thousand pounds here. But will only express my honest opinion so that any new investors think well and do some research before jumping. Asset is good.

I intend to buy back but if before conversion the price I am willing to pay is .010 if not then after consolidation usually the price tend to fall and will then decide especially as we know bod wants licence to kill the sp further with placing without shareholders approval. I had over 40m shares and starting selling one week before the announcement which now I feel lucky. But I feel for all you guys trapped. Bricks has made very good contribution to the board and I have respect for him. I managed to offload all my shares although at a loss but still believe in the prospect / asset. I was counting on EUZ to make us rich or decent gain by July 2020 and had all my money in here at some point. Am disappointed with bod and lack of communication which ****ed investors. My simple question to LR and all bod: DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WILL RECEIVE IN SALARIES END OF EVERY MONTH? well that come from us investors and would expect the same reasonable certainty from the value of our investments.
