Talga are selling their royalty claims as their focus is on their nickel/cobalt/graphite projects, having sold their gold projects (to Novo, Calidus etc) and retained a royalty on them.
Must be the potential for Trident to return to this counterparty (should the assets be good enough) and look at deals on their battery metals projects in the future.

Talga confirmed to the ASX that Trident had agreed to purchase their gold royalty entitlements in Western Australia. Should see confirmation of that this morning

Yeah, if there's any change to the dividend it might come as a smaller final dividend. Other than that, the intention is for the dividend to be maintained as normal.

Yes, Pasofino Gold are in the process of buying out ARX, and they've just raised $10m to progress Dugbe 1.
I find the Brazilian Nickel comments very interesting. There's potential US government funding - and that'll be a significant revenue stream when that gets to production.
Julian has mentioned copper, cobalt and rare earths as potential near term deals. I see no reason why some of these shouldn't get over the line in H2

Pretty much as expected. Dividend maintained which is a big positive - JT wouldn't have done that unless utterly convinced H2 is looking much better. Nice positive outlook, great to see LIORC starting to take more focus within the portfolio.
Think H1 serves as a reminder to the APF board that the sooner they diversify away from Kestrel, with a broader income base rather than relying almost solely on one asset, the better.

FWIW, I agree with you - and that's what's providing a great opportunity on a medium/long term view, imo.

Enjoying this slow rerate. Was absurdly cheap upon listing. You could easily argue that given the quality of its first two royalties, it's even cheaper now

I like APF on a longer term view. Their 7% holding of LIORC will pay them handsomely going forwards - notwithstanding the issues they've had H1 this year. I'm bullish on vanadium, copper and nickel too. The key for APF is to replace the Kestrel income before Kestrel reaches the end of its production life in 3 years or so. At the moment the market doesn't seem to believe they'll be able to achieve it.

No, it's listed in the Canada and the US. Dividend is around 2-2.5%.
Currently recycling their coal royalties into renewable energy royalties, which they intend to spin out.
