Excellent update, and Koolyanobbing proving to be a great initial royalty deal. Good to see there's a meaningful pipeline, with 15 potential deals under NDA.
Looking forward to seeing the Crux Investor interview sometime this week. Should be an interesting interview, and will provide some good TRR publicity to R&S investors over in Canada and the US, given Crux's following over there.

Good presentation from Julian. Expecting a few deals to be completed in 2020. Other than that, solid interview, focusing on 21st century resources and materials. Julian identified copper, rare earths, cobalt and nickel as particular targets

Absolutely no need for the issue of warrants. On the verge of a couple of potentially lucrative JV's - with the gold price in excess of $1800, and you've got to issue warrants in order to get folks to take part in a discounted placing? Poor show from Craig.

I understand the need for cash, but having to throw in warrants in this gold environment is just pitiful. I'd understand it if gold was out of favour, but it's $1800+!
Poor show from management, but frankly wouldn't expect anything less from Novum .

7. Would be interested to know how they're sourcing deals. Ie, what mechanisms are in place, given they're a small team?

Here's some that would be good to hear Adam address/discuss:
(Some he's already talked about previously, but would be good to get that info across on your well supported channel)

1. How would you differentiate TRR from the other (couple of) base metal/generalist streamers? Ie, why buy TRR over APF or Altius?
2. Would TRR be open to syndicating with other royalty and streamers in larger deals?
3. What is Adam's definition of critical mass for TRR?
4. At what mcap would TRR consider a dual listing on ASX?
5. Would they consider the TSX?
6. What is TRR's plan in order to open the London markets eyes to the mining R&S model? It's well accepted and supported on the other side of the pond, but considerably less known here.

Managed to get a copy of the note. I read that as a potential cumulative royalty payment over the life of the deposit. Potential to extend the total payments to $10m+ if they mine the inferred resource too.
That's my reading of it, but I could be wrong.. I hope I am wrong, because I prefer your take on it! ;)

Hoping Adam provides some visibility in any interviews he does today. Trident have a Crux Investor interview this week, so I'm sure we'll get more colour on the deal then, if not before.

This isn't unusual. It happens in many other instances where an individual (irrespective of his position) has a conflict of interest. Not really sure why you're making such a meal of it.
Ultimately both sides get what they need. THR have cash on the books and have sold something that isn't really of use to them for the short/medium term. For TRR it's another addition to the royalty portfolio, and provides pipeline visibility past the current producing assets. I'm sure Mr Potter is happy - whichever hat he's wearing.

All it tells you is that he stayed out of negotiations in order to not influence either party. Having an interest on both sides of the table, it makes sense to stay away

Well you got your gold royalty MS. Definitely a benefit to having exposure in the portfolio. Decent enough terms for an earlier stage project, bit great jurisdiction and a key commodity. The $13.30 per oz payment on gold production where the spot is in excess of $1500 AUD will be very valuable. Current Aussie spot price is $2500, so reasonably safe to assume the $13.30 is the likely payment per oz produced attributable to TRR.

So, a producing iron ore royalty, a producing copper royalty and now a development stage gold royalty. TRR are putting together a very attractive royalty portfolio.
