Game over for AML imho, this huge raise won't even touch the sides.
There will be volatility, but ultimately this business was doomed in a good market, never mind a heavy recession.
Interest rate rises and losing a court case will finish it.
No chance of rolling th debt over in 2024/25, no one will touch it.

If AMl lose this lawsuit, the cash raised from this rights issue will be lucky to last 3 -4 months.

Shorts on AML at a record high of 7.27%, the wriiting is on the wall.
AML will miss targets for 2022, debt interest will be the highest it has ever been, in excess of £300m per year.
AML lost £284m in the H1, epect much the same in H2.
Therefore the cash they have just raised will reduce debt from 1.4bn to 1.1bn, and the cash balance will only last around 6-8 months.

A fun couple of weeks ahead for sure....

You don;t see it as doubling your exposure?
Surely you end up with double your holding, more or less, if you take up all the shares possible?

Stroll is saying he owns 22% when it's actually YewTree.
So tell me how Stroll can get away with that? Obfuscation. Why no clarity?
If YewTree is say 10 people, Stroll could potentiall only own 10% of what he says he does. 20 people and it's 5%.
I reckon has got no more than 50m invested, which is pocket change to someone worth 2.6 BILLIONS.

Yewtree are putting in more money in ther RI, dont be fooled. Do you know how much of a % Stroll puts into the YewTree fund? It could potentially be ZERO, and just a vehicle for idiot billionaire's to finance what Strol won't take a risk with himself.

Whenever their is smoke/mirrors and lies, be very wary.
