Did anyone mention the possibility of a takeover and how the board would feel about such a prospect?

I got a Coporate Action today through ii stating that their shares are now deemed worthless. They have also now disappeared from my portfolio.

Polo Resources Ltd has been dissolved, and the shares have therefore been deemed worthless.

I thought they were due to relist soon!

Not everyone who trades is a LTH. Some people sell when they make the profit they want and move on to the next deal.

I hold nearly 600k shares (quantity) at an average of 5.91p, so I’m finally in profit. I won’t be selling these until approval and well into triple figures!

A gradual build up of the SP from now to Feb would be expected if the market priced fairly based on supply and demand… I wonder does it!!

Buy and sell price for up (4.00/4.40) yet down 6.98%!!

Funny how much the buy and sell price has risen despite often showing as 0.00% change!

Sometimes when I have a trading credit about to expire I buy 1 share, just because I find it funny when people think it means something 😝

Why do the raise now? If the company are expecting positive noises soon surely we could have raised at a higher SP soon?

Did they need this particular number of shares for a new partner/investor, or maybe they were told to get a healthy balance sheet before anything would be approved? Or did they suspect the SP would fall again from here? Either way, I’m glad they raised the funds on a relatively small number of shares compared to what it could have been!

I have over 500,000 shares and i don’t even consider myself a serious investor, so I can’t imagine how many we as a bb are holding on to until the end!
