Surely an offer wouldn’t come until green light is guaranteed, by which point why would anyone, even Tang, accept a low-ball offer?

Aimofthegame6, why is £1 unrealistic? Unless you mean it’s way too cheap?? Look back at our price history. Yes, there are more shares in issue, but it’s still a relatively very small number compared to most companies. A lot of those shares are also held tightly so the free flow is small. We now have a junior partner, but we also now have a solar park, 3 power stations and the price of coal multiples of where it was. So other than trying to scare novice holders into selling, why is £1 unrealistic??

GCM management refused considerably more than 50p a share in the past. They won’t let it all go for pennies!
