When a company consolidates its shares (also known as a reverse stock split), it reduces the total number of outstanding shares by combining multiple existing shares into a single share. While your share count decreases, the price per share increases proportionally, meaning the total value of your investment remains exactly the same.

These people says we will lose out big time are simply trying to scare you into selling.

And… your point? Does that mean every drill will be?? You rarely get 100% first time. It’s exploration, not magic.

If they want us to sell, raise the SP, not drop it. It’s not rocket science!

Does that not help tone down fears of a takeover? Surely they would then lose these 25% if they don’t stick around for 2 years, there would have to be a company and shares to stick around for?

On the plus side, they need to announce these plans at the latest within 100 and 180 days, so at least we have a ticking clock 😬
