Valrix (VAL) had a similar BOD who constantly diluted with placings / warrants, until their day came and a valiant group of shareholders took them on and ousted them!!!!! now VAL is multiples of the SP under the previous BOD.

It can be done, Valrix had a similar BOD who loved dilution / warrants. Finally a group got together and they were ousted, SP still multiples from the time they were running it into oblivion.

Just a note, VALRIX (VAL) had a shareholder "revolt" which resulted in 2 x directors being removed, resulted in significant shareholder value after their continued dilution over many years. This can be done! ! !

Still at a loss with today's RNS, with the lorry apparently photographed at Bio City 20 minutes prior to the RNS being released.

Manifesto, just a though on your "They need these results before they can issue further news". If they BOD thought it was market sensitive to state the delivery was delayed, surely the fact that it's arrived is worthy of notification ? lets face it the news of the delay did have a negative impact on the SP at the time.

Wouldn't be surprised if they'd RNS a puncture on the delivery truck, resulting in 1h 30m delay ! ! !

USP ! ! ! !

The USP here is the Covid killing technology, not the number of layers. Additionally if the 4 ply can satisfy the spec then surely a saving in materials per unit.

RNS was a piece of $hite with no details regarding why they also produced a 4 ply as well, BOD really not trying to support this share!

Just a few thoughts for discussion / answer

1) Would it be expected that a new BOD would be announced via an RNS?

2) Still no TR1 which may indicate that thousands of PI's have taken a decent slice, or many holding just below the threshold, any views on that ?

3) Trevor Brown tweet stating the uplift on RMS / BRH / IQAI since December last year, all of which have been had significant rises, although RMS & IQAI heavily sold into by TB (will see what he does post dividend on BRH)

4) In view of no news in a few weeks now, the delay in the machine, will a partner produce the goods in the meantime to fulfill orders?

Think I'm correct in saying that a manufacturer has not been named in an RNS as of yet? And that Volz came to light via Dr Cave in an interview.

Surely this information would be in an RNS, or are they waiting for something

AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine appears to be a bit of a farce with the UK Gov emphasizing the 90% efficiency only early in the week, when efficiency actually ranges between 60% to 90%. And now their about to start another trial, with a peer review of original trial due over the weekend I believe.

Personally I'd sooner live with having to wear a mask for a further period of time due to the uncertainty.

As to RMS, the BOD really do have a lot to answer to, and that day should come sooner rather than later ! ! !
