Notification popped up "Placing" and I though on no, BUT reading into is it doesn't appear to bad?
I note that "European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund ("EIC") a binding and irrevocable pre-commitment to subscribe for one third (1/3) of the Placing Shares for an aggregate amount of maximum EUR 10 million and minimum EUR 3 million. EIC's pre-commitment is subject to certain customary conditions"
Agree with the potential here, especially after all the setbacks that have come in recent months.
I for one fully back the vote against and will hold fast this week, my votes are in and indeed have increased since submitting.
As for can the company / market get this to rise next week if they want it , to bl00dy right they can. Few calls pushing for positive info on orders / Lemu / Volz / machine and this will be allowed to go!
Votes submitted prior to cut off, AND held on the day of meeting WILL BE COUNTED
BUT.....and it's a big one, will the company / market get this up to 4p - 5p to tempt us all on Wednesday / Thursday and take a "bird in the hand", would be a hard decision for many
Think their on a fine line with what happened back in November, this will need to be squeaky clean especially as the FCA may well be watching with interest
I asked Halifax this whilst submitting my vote, the reply was if my holding increased / decreased it would be automatically be adjusted as they are checked against the shareholder register at the cut off date.
Support looks very strong against the resolutions.
I'm thinking one way to cancel many of these votes against will be one hell of a pump before the GM, this would result in many cashing in and subsequently reducing the votes against just before the GM. I understand that they collate the votes the weeks / days before GM, then submit a few days prior to voting, before the final register of shareholders is cross referenced.
Cyrox..... thanks for you comment. For your information I was looking at a German company, who after 9 months employ 70 staff and churn out millions a week!
As for agenda, voting down the Warrants, holding onto my shares and hoping they actually pull this all together
