2p was the figure I thought maybe bid. The only consolations would be tax loss and the end of many years of useless speculation.

We will soon be put out of our misery at this price. Just give me more losses to add to my EDR ones.

"another transformational year for HRB" Sorry did I miss something since they reversed into PMO? I could have sold out then around £4 a share. Their payment of dividends & share buybacks (PMO also used to pay dividends and buy back their shares till they virtually went bust) may well prove to be a terrible mistake.

Nitro I think you are genuinely blinded. What about Wintershall bondholders or the German government and the possibility of the loss of jobs. ?Just 2 of many possible difficulties. The Deal is by no means a done deal IMO and looking at the share price in many other people's opinion as well.

If BASF deal fails this company would be in serious trouble IMO. Maybe serious enough to wake up the government to the issues in the North Sea.

I have faith in Directors as well, especially Alan Booth who IMO negotiated a good deal for Ophir (many might disagree) and an excellent sale of Encore Oil to Premier.

We have no choice. As things deteriorate it will become clear how important it is for our Country. Being a large holder I have no choice but to hold as trading any quantity is extremely difficult anyway.
