Where do you get the 180m
mattwales. 95% sure that deal will go through unless better offer which would include benefit for shareholders.Re the 5 % I take a risk when I get out of bed everyday and with the way I live that probably equates to 5%
Could somebody confirm exactly how much they are receiving in £
Yes Happy God willing we will
Happy BP have completely lost there way in mine and many peoples opinion and I would seriously consider selling them and trying to recover your losses on Premier Oil. Your % loss on BP is similar to mine on PMO now I have average down so lets see whee we are by end of year.
Best Wishes
Rookie like you I could see this as a positive that we now have a deal as a lot of risk and uncertainty has been removed . I am still hopeful that another offer may come in and think that 14p may well now be the bottom. Another offer would double our share price immediately but if it does not materialise I can see the city beginning to like the new Premier and us slowly getting there anyway.
No reply yet. Will look at other possible correspondence weekend.
Phil the American company was Apache,I am still hopeful that Delek/Ithaca are interested. There is just a chance that somebody else will bid which is why I am holding. The pain of selling out now and taking losses and waking up to discover somebody else has made a bid which would turn that loss to profit would be too much. After years of investing in oil and gold shares I have come to the conclusion I am not emotionally suited. Luckily I have had a few winners. Interestingly 1 was caused by the Buzzard discovery which I note Chrysaor have 21%.Great discovery but that was 20 years ago which is the worrying part about Chrysaor re ageing assets and decommission costs.Hoping for a blue day,its been a long time red.
Can't do any harm
I will at the weekend.I have emailed Elizabeth and Lucy today at Premier expressing my opinions.
Its not done yet
Just emailed them suggesting they might like to buy us ...
Rookie would love to agree but very hard when all I see is red. Do we know if there is a lock in on shares being issued to creditors ?
Any thoughts on why Ithaca were not interested ? I think I'd rather any deal than this stich up
Lets hope, its been a miserable year. Very difficult to nurse theses sort of losses
I so hope you're right which is why I am holding re could not take the regret
Think its a done deal, can't see anybody else coming in so no upside just risk.very disappointed and this will cost me a few years hard graft,so best leave it on hold hope for the best plan for the worst and crack on.Thanks Tony
If there is any spare cash we will just give it to somebody as long as shareholders don't benefit it will be approved
The more you look at this deal the the more appalling it is with long standing loyal share holders just thrown under the bus.Share holders who have been paying this mans wages.
Whats the lock in re shares they are issuing for debt ?
