Should I be worried? Harbour Energy was virtually the only oil share not to rise yesterday.

From memory, we are producing approximately the equivalent of 500,000 barrels a day. Should that not have been enough for a rise, given the oil price rise ?

Any thoughts or words of comfort?

Ex dividend 09.04.2026 payment 20.05.2026 of approx 6p per share.

An incredible amount of infrastructure damage that will take years to repair, keeping the oil price high.

Sorry, maybe wrong Yvette Cooper will probably manage to organise a diplomatic solution with Iran to have it open for next year.

Crude oil is up 12%, and IMO will just keep rising as the Strait of Hormuz is certainly closed for business for the foreseeable future

A bid of £3.60 would not be surprising. The only chance would be some competition from two bidders, but I suspect this would have been arranged with others before the first bid. Or am I being too cynical?

They say, markets can stay insane often longer than you can stay solvent.

I have personally never seen such opportunities to change investments. I see a much different world today than I did a few weeks ago, even if the markets don't reflect that.

Their research certainly does not take into account today's situation.

It has already been suggested on this board that we have large shareholders wanting to sell, which puts us into play.

I would not be surprised if there were an approach.

It would be reassuring to receive an update from the company.

Only a matter of time before we acknowledge and appreciate the importance of companies like Harbour Energy to our country and start encouraging them.

Then maybe we long-suffering shareholders will get some reward for backing them.
